We were very content there, would have stayed longer if it had been available.

This apartment was clean and within walking distance to one of the beaches. It has a lovely pool. The apartment is comfortable for max 2 people. There is a market, restaurant and pub all within walking distance.
The owners Patrick & Anne are perfect hosts, very welcoming & helpful. They have created a unique & charming holiday cottage, in a convenient location, with a good view out to sea overlooking the town (within walking distance) & next to the military cemetery.
We had a great time at this well located 2 bedroom apartment on the beach. The owner's mother, who checked us in, is lovely, and made us feel very welcome, despite our modeest capabilities in the French language. If you have small children the apartment. is ideal: there are 2 playgrounds within a 2-3 minute walk of the front door and the owner has stocked a good number of toys at the apartment itself.
Basic amenities are also only a 2-3 minute walk, and the town's main area (along the canal) is about a 15 minute walk, meaning it is close enough to go anytime you want, but you are far enough away that the apartment is not at all noisy. One thing I would recommend to English speaking renters: a small English-French dictionary would be helpful for getting the most out of the oven, which is a Whirlpool JetChef (a multi function oven - much more than a convection oven-microwave combo that we are used to in North America). It's not rocket science, but there are a LOT of cooking method options with some specialized cooking terminology in the manual, which is only in French.
We spent our second stay in this cottage with just as much pleasure. It is well located, quiet, with a view of the bay and close to shops. Clean and welcoming. Friendly owner.

Very nice luxury rental, very clean and very comfortable (the 2 bedrooms at the ends of the living room are well insulated and completely independent with their own bathrooms). The house is very well equipped, very pleasant with its huge terrace facing the sea (accessible on foot by a path a little lower). Surrounded by vegetation, it is a haven of peace and tranquility, as for the owners they are absolutely charming and very welcoming! One of the best rentals for many years in Corsica
Très belle location de standing très propre et très confortable (les 2 chambres aux extrémités de la pièce à vivre sont bien isolées et totalement indépendantes avec leurs propres sanitaires) . la maison est très bien équipée, très agréable avec son immense terrasse face à la mer (accessible à pieds par un sentier un peu plus bas). Entourée de végétation, c'est un havre de paix et de tranquillité, quand aux propriétaires ils sont absolument charmants et très accueillants! Une des meilleures locations depuis de nombreuses années en Corse
I highly recommend this rental. The villa is very nice: lots of space and very bright. It is very clean. The surroundings are nice: lots of nice little restaurants and many walks to do in the area.

Fourth stay for us in this apartment, well equipped and always very clean. Close to the sea and shops. We are already thinking of coming back, we can only recommend this rental again.

Apartment by the sea in a small village in Ambleteuse, only the road separates the apartment from the sea, very quiet in September, everything is consistent with the photo and description, this is the third time I have been there. Very warm welcome by the owners who live 5 minutes away. Well equipped, everything is there for the comfort of the weekend or the week.
Appartement en bord de mer dans un petit village à Ambleteuse, seule la route sépare l'appartement de la mer, très calme en période de septembre, tout est conforme à la photo et au descriptif, c'est la troisième fois que j'y vais. Très bon accueil par les propriétaires qui habitent à 5 minutes de là. Bien équipé tout y est pour le confort du weekend ou de la semaine.

Hello, We stayed in this wonderful accommodation for a week. Sylvie's property is beautifully situated with a great sea view. The house was very clean and comfortably furnished. We also enjoyed the small but very pretty pool. Sylvie is a very warm host and is always available for questions and requests. I will definitely recommend the holiday home.

wir waren für eine Woche in dieser sehr wundervollen Unterkunft. Das Anwesen von Sylvie ist sehr schön gelegen mit einem tollen Meerblick. Das Haus war sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir haben auch den kleinen aber sehr hübschen Pool genossen. Sylvie ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und jederzeit für Fragen und Wünsche erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus werde ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

The apartment corresponded exactly to the description of the advertisement. Very comfortable and pleasant. The host knows how to welcome tenants with some very nice little touches.
