The kitchen has granite countertops, plenty of cupboard space, and high end appliances. You'll have everything you need to whip up and serve some fantastic home-made meals, or just pop open those take-out containers! Through the sliding glass doors, you'll see the gorgeous lake views beyond your back patio.
The screened-in patio features a private swimming pool and sun loungers to soak up the Florida sunshine. You'll love the fantastic views of the lake, and the added privacy of no rear facing neighbours. There's also a poolside outdoor dining area, and you can add BBQ to the menu thanks to your outdoor grill!

Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. "Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc)."
Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.
You'll also gain full access to the luxurious BellaVida Resort, which features a large resort style swimming pool, a fitness facility, movie theater, games room, cafe, volleyball and basketball courts, and plenty of space to lounge.
