Ground floor very convenient, with parking adjacent.
Good location close to the slopes.
Some caveats:
- We have not managed to run the washing machine.
- Insulation at windows is average (it is obliged to put the heating up).
However, we warmly recommend the apartment.

The notice of the washing machine was in the drawer of the furniture next to it.
