Living room with sofa bed and TV, kitchen with dishes, plates, glasses, pots, broom, buckets, etc., bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and shower. An air conditioner and washing machine, plus free public parking right in front of the house.
The area is ideal for children and families with children.
All services (supermarket, pharmacy, pizzerias, ATMs, etc.) are easily accessible in a few minutes walk.

Esternamente è composta da scoperto antistante e retrostante con ben due verande coperte che proteggono dal sole sia la mattina che la sera complete di tavolo e sedie da giardino, lavatrice, doccia esterna e lavabo. Internamente da 3 vani letto (letto matrimoniale, letti singoli e divano letto doppio con letto estraibile).
Inoltre cucina ben attrezzata con tavoli e sedie, soggiorno con divano. Bagno con finestra lucernario, completo di wc, bidet, lavandino e doccia. La villa è completamente recintata con doppio giardino privato e indipendente ed è quindi particolarmente adatta alle famiglie con bambini.
