La résidence est située à 80m de la plage de la Bergerie qui est idéale pour les enfants car en pente douce et sable fin.
Vous pouvez manger sur la terrasse exposée au sud et protégée par des lauriers,, elle est équipée d'une grande table et de chaises plastiques.

La pièce principale dispose d'un canapé lit gigogne, table et chaises,rangements, une TV grand écran avec TNT .
