This was my friend and I's first visit to Sanremo.
I usually look for accommodation - hotels or apartments - on Booking. But everything there was very expensive for my period. Somehow I came across your website and found these wonderful apartments. The pictures were beautiful and they are 100% true to what we saw. I immediately wrote to the owner and she replied to me immediately. She gave me time to think about it and made a provisional booking. Within a few days I confirmed the booking and paid in advance. Everything was clear. The owner, Fabiana, was always in touch. I was of course worried, as I had never booked through this site and even more so never paid. But everything was fine. We arrived, the assistant met us, settled us in and told us everything.
The apartment is marvellous! Located close to the beach - literally 5 minutes walk. There is a separate bedroom and studio, a balcony where it is nice to have coffee, dinner, breakfast. View of the greenhouses, a little sea view. Lovely new and modern bathroom with shower cubicle and bidet. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge has a freezer - maybe it is important for someone.
The kitchen has both a bar area and a dining area.
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The only thing is that there is no air conditioning. But as we were at the end of the season and it was not very hot outside - we had enough fans, they were in each room.

This apartment is very nice. It is near the best beach. The apartment was fully equipped and it was clean. Mrs Marchella (Frederico's mum) is very good women. She prepared fresh lemons and fresh basil in the fridge. Apartment has got nice garden with olive tree, lemon tree and flowers. Your car you can park in the garden. We used the grill and outdoor kitchen too. We spent a lovely time here. This apartment is suitable for families with children. Thank you very much for beautiful holiday. See you next time.
Edge of town so easy to hike to woods and secluded areas along coast. 5 minute walk to tourist center of town but in a very quiet residential area. Washing machine was a nice bonus. Alex very helpful, gave me a ride from the bus, helped me make travel arrangements for when I left. I also left some things when I moved on, which he graciously sent to my home. Good recommendations for restaurants. L'Escala is pretty full of tourists, but walking towards the Greek/Roman Ruins is very nice and not crowded at all, and ruins are quite interesting. Lots of water things to do as well.
This was a great location where we could easily walk into town and the main beach in Saint Anne. Although we spent a lot of time on the beach right in front of the condo or on the balcony. It was nice to have the AC at night to sleep and the condo had everything we needed.
Perfect place for a summer holiday with kids. Nino's house is steps away from a beautiful sandy beach that was uncrowded even at the height of summer vacation season. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and Nino was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Highly recommend!
Very nice apartment! Spacious and lovely decorated rooms. Very friendly owner. Two steps to Guidalocca beach. Sea view. 10 minutes drive to Castellamare harbor and to Zingaro natural park. Ideal for a couple or family with 1 or 2 children.

This apartment was clean and within walking distance to one of the beaches. It has a lovely pool. The apartment is comfortable for max 2 people. There is a market, restaurant and pub all within walking distance.
Spacious well appointed flat. Lovely position with view of 'port de plaisance'. Easy access to excellent food and wine shops plus restaurants.
Perhaps a larger tv in such a large sitting room?
We had a great time at this well located 2 bedroom apartment on the beach. The owner's mother, who checked us in, is lovely, and made us feel very welcome, despite our modeest capabilities in the French language. If you have small children the apartment. is ideal: there are 2 playgrounds within a 2-3 minute walk of the front door and the owner has stocked a good number of toys at the apartment itself.
Basic amenities are also only a 2-3 minute walk, and the town's main area (along the canal) is about a 15 minute walk, meaning it is close enough to go anytime you want, but you are far enough away that the apartment is not at all noisy. One thing I would recommend to English speaking renters: a small English-French dictionary would be helpful for getting the most out of the oven, which is a Whirlpool JetChef (a multi function oven - much more than a convection oven-microwave combo that we are used to in North America). It's not rocket science, but there are a LOT of cooking method options with some specialized cooking terminology in the manual, which is only in French.

Very tidy, clean, comfortable and spacious house; they welcomed us with a welcome basket of typical Apulian products and provided us with parking, sunbeds, umbrella and deckchairs; excellent location to stay quiet but very close to the center. The beach is practically in front and sandy. We will gladly return
Casa molto ordinata, pulita, ricca di comfort e spaziosa; ci hanno accolti con un cesto di benvenuto di prodotti tipici pugliesi e ci hanno messo a disposizione parcheggio, lettini, ombrellone e sdraio; posizione ottima per stare tranquilli ma vicinissima al centro. La spiaggia è praticamente di fronte e di sabbia. Ci torneremo volentieri
Excellent stay in Hardelot! The exchanges with Laurent are friendly and fluid. The accommodation corresponds completely to the description. The location of the villa is ideal: a few steps from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the center of Hardelot. The view of the dunes is peaceful and calm reigns. Les échanges avec Laurent sont amicaux et fluides. Le logement correspond totalement à la description. La situation de la villa est idéale : à quelques pas de la plage et à 10 minutes à pieds du centre de Hardelot. La vue sur les dunes est paisible et le calme règne. A l'intérieur, il y a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour en famille. Nous recommandons.
