Chalet familial et spacieux en contrebas des Arcs 1800, sur une petite route offrant sur un panorama exceptionnel sur la vallée. A peine 10 minutes en voiture des Arcs 1600 ou 1800. Le chalet n'est pas desservi en revanche par les transports publics (funiculaire ou bus) !
Chalet spacieux en contrebas des Arcs 1800, proximité Arcs 1600 (accès 10 mn en voiture pour les 2 stations, parking facile et gratuit aux Arcs 1600, payant aux Arcs 1800) : 200 m2, trois niveaux avec 12 lits. Vue superbe sur la vallée de Bourg-Saint-Maurice et les montagnes environnantes. Calme assuré : chalet individuel entouré de sapins. Rez de chaussée: Entrée séparée pour déposer les affaires de ski. Salle de séjour avec grande cheminée, sol en lauze, coin salle à manger, cuisine, WC et lavabo indépendants; Premier étage: quatre chambres doubles dont une avec salle de douche et WC indépendants, une salle de bains, une salle de douche et un WC indépendant. Deuxième étage: 2ème salon et grande chambre avec quatre lits simples sous les combles, idéal pour un espace de vie pour les enfants. Lit parapluie bébé.
Literie en parfait état.
Cuisine équipée : four au gaz, 4 plaques au gaz + 2 électriques. Raclette et fondue. Machine à découpe.
Luges et jeux mis à disposition.
Location à la semaine, pas de demande pour un week-end.
Le chalet a un jardin où il est possible de garer les voitures mais aussi un parking facile juste à l'entrée du jardin en cas de fortes chutes de neiges. La route est déneigée tous les jours par la commune de Bourg-Saint-Maurice en cas de chutes de neige. Chaînes ou pneus neige conseillés.
Un acompte de 30% est demandé à la signature du contrat, les 70% restant sont à transférer 2 semaines avant l'entrée dans les lieux. Un dépôt de 1000€ est demandé également en cas de dommage sur place. Elle est restituée dès l'état des lieux.
Une conciergerie sera votre interlocuteur sur place en cas de besoin. Vous pourrez louer draps et serviettes auprès d'eux ou amener vos propres draps et serviettes (nous vous donnerons toutes les mesures utiles des lits dans un petit livret du chalet).

You have to take the car to go skiing (12 min - the big parking of the chairlift Pre Saint Esprit under Arcs 1950 was removed but we always found the place to park) but back to ski possible by a nice way in the firs.
Only small flat return to skis to the intended cottage for very good skiers.
Only 5 minutes from the first station arcs.
Very quiet ... snow tires mandatory on the road if we châlet not access! Very easy exchanges with the owner. Recommend ..
