The homeowner association requires an application, the approval can take up to two weeks. In case your application gets denied, we are refunding all funds but the application fee of $ 100.00. If the application is not approved, you'll have to cancel the reservation.
The condo Happy Landing requires an energy cost payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.
