The house is located in a quiet hilly area, with a view over the entire Agrigento coast. Located 3 km from the sea, Marina di Palma. The villa is surrounded by 10,000 meters of olive grove and fruit trees; all properly fenced and equipped with automatic gate.
The house is located at the beginning of a private avenue, from where the private swimming pool can be reached.
It is air conditioned, and consists of 2 bedrooms communicating with each other. Outside there is a living room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower, accessible independently from the bedrooms. Each bedroom is functionally furnished with bed, wardrobe, table and chairs.
The house has a large veranda, overlooking the Agrigento coast, equipped with a large table to enjoy lunch or dinner while enjoying the magnificent panorama.
Also for those who love barbecues the house is equipped with barbecue. The swimming pool, suitable for young and old, has a Roman staircase, and is well lit for those who like to swim at midnight.

La villa è circondata da 10000 metri di uliveto e giardino con frutti; tutto adeguatamente recintato e dotato di cancello automatico. La casa, posta all’ inizio del viale privato, da dove si può raggiungere la piscina privata. La casa è climatizzata, composta da 2 camere da letto comunicanti tra loro, all’esterno si trova un soggiorno con angolo cottura e bagno con doccia raggiungibile indipendente dalle camere da letto.
