The beautiful Four Mile Cove area in SE Cape Coral stretches between Del Prado Blvd. and a nature preserve. Enjoy peace and quiet while being only a few minutes away from one of the main hubs of the city. Properties in this desirable neighborhood are attractive and well-maintained. Villa Tropicana is no exception. Surrounded by tall palm trees, the home impresses with Spanish-style architecture with arched windows and a tile roof.

The pleasant impression of the outside continues inside as well. Unusually large windows, some of which extend all the way to the floor, and sliders to the pool area allow the light to flow into spacious rooms that are tastefully furnished with contemporary pieces. Each of the three bedrooms is individually designed. The fully equipped kitchen and both bathrooms are completely renovated. Dark wood and granite countertops set handsome accents. Villa Tropicana almost looks like a newly built home.

The pool area faces south and overlooks a Gulf access canal. Both the pool and the adjacent spa can be electrically heated. A dining set for eight is available on the covered patio, so there is extra room to invite guests over for a barbecue. Lounge chairs are available as well. If you want to do more than just work on your tan, go ahead and explore the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve next door, either on foot along the board walk or by kayak. The unspoiled nature makes Florida as it once was truly come alive.
