If you prefer the beach, the prettiest, most pristine powder sugar sand beach is only a 5 minute walk. We provide beach chairs, beach cart and a beach umbrella.
The house itself is fantastic. Extremely spacious for 3 BR/2BA. Everything is on one level with no steps to climb. Freshly decorated in a tropical nautical theme. The home features comfy beds, crisp, clean linens and a fully stocked kitchen. If you are looking for indoor/outdoor living space, then you will love the screened-in lanai that overlooks the grand canal. Manatees, pelicans and egrets are frequent visitors. You are welcome to use the10,000 pound lift for your boat.
Longboat Key is known for its outstanding beaches, marvelous sunsets are and warm tropical breezes. The entire island is a sea turtle and migratory bird sanctuary. There is very little public parking so its like having your own private beach. A true paradise on earth, once you've experienced Longboat Key, you won't want to vacation anyplace else.
