Fabulous location! The house is perfect. Air conditioning, super fast Internet, garden with everything you could want: table, chairs, deckchairs and umbrella. There are also beach chairs: very comfortable. The mattresses are clean and very comfortable. The water jet in the shower is perfect. The bar next door is very convenient. At the entrance a jet of water to rinse your feet full of sea sand. A wonderful place with a megaaaaaa cool host :). Suitable for families and groups of friends. We will return. Posizione favolosa ! La casetta è perfetta . Aria condizionata, Internet super veloce, giardino con tutto quello che si può desiderare: tavolo , sedie, sdrai e ombrellone . Ci sono anche le sedioline da mare : comodissime. I materassi sono puliti e molto comodi. Il getto dell’acqua nella doccia è perfetto. Il bar accanto comodissimo. All’entrata un getto d’acqua per risciacquare i piedi pieni di sabbia del mare. Un posto meraviglioso con una host megaaaaaa cool :) . Adatto a famiglie e gruppi di amici. Noi torneremo. I had a very good time. The owner is very kind and precise. He also left us all the written instructions for the keys, how to get to the beach and the apartment was spotless and full of comfort. He also left us the basic necessities upon arrival (water, coffee, bathroom, etc.) The house is practically new and very comfortable. The location of the house also allowed us to visit many places I highly recommend it
Mi sono trovata molto bene. Il proprietario è molto gentile e preciso. Ci ha anche lasciato tutte le istruzioni scritte per le chiavi, come arrivare alla spiaggia e l\'appartamento era pulitissimo e pieno di comfort. Ci ha anche lasciato le cose di prima necessità all\'arrivo (acqua, caffè, bagno, ecc..) La casa è praticamente nuova e molto comoda.
La posizione della casa ci ha anche permesso di visitare molti posti

We spend one week in Serena's home in Ciceratta. It was perfect. It's a quiet place right on the sea. Beach is 2 min walking. You are fot far from Avola, Noto, Fontane Bianche... The house got everything you need and Serena is very helpful. We recommend very much and might come back one day.

Comfortable apartment with sea view, centrally located, close to shops and clubs. Beach reachable on foot, about a quarter of an hour. The owners were welcoming and always available for any type of advice or request. Highly recommended!
Comodo appartamento vista mare, in posizione centrale, vicino a negozi e locali. Spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi, a circa un quarto d'ora. I proprietari sono stati accoglienti e sempre disponibili per ogni tipo di consiglio o richiesta. Consigliatissimo!

The house is as described, spacious and well organized, adequate spaces even for those with small children. The location is strategic as it is 2 steps from the main street close to all services and having not rented a car this aspect is really very convenient. I thank Mr. Giuseppe and his wife for the welcome and the availability shown from the first moment.
La casa è come da descrizione, spaziosa e ben organizzata, spazi adeguati anche per chi ha bimbi piccoli.
La posizione è strategica in quanto a 2 passi dalla via principale vicino a tutti i servizi e non avendo noleggiato un auto questo aspetto è davvero molto comodo.

We lived in this house with two adults and four children. It's very generous. The equipment is simple but functional. The location and the garden are a dream. The property is almost surrounded by the sea and is very well maintained. Great plants and lots of seating in the garden. In just 3 minutes walk you can reach the beautiful beach. The nearest shopping and nightlife options are at least 6 km away. Therefore we recommend a car. Serena, the landlady is very friendly and was always available. We had a great time and would book this house again at any time.
Wir haben dieses Haus mit zwei Erwachsen und vier Kindern bewohnt.
Es ist sehr großzügig. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber funktional.
Die Lage und der Garten sind ein Traum.
Das Grundstück ist nahezu vom Meer umgeben und sehr gepflegt. Tolle Pflanzen und viele Sitzmöglickeiten im Garten.
In nur 3 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man den wunderschönen Strand.
Die nächsten Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten sind mindestens 6 km entfernt. Deshalb empfehlen wir ein Auto.
Serena, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und war jederzeit erreichbar.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

It was expected that the person who received, spoke French. This was not the case. Access to the apartment was complicated because of the tenants on the ground floor who had an aggressive dog who attacked us twice. Despite an email to warn Maria Louisa, we had no reaction from her.
Il était prévu que la personne qui réceptionne, parlait français. Ce n'était pas le cas.
L'accès à l'appartement a été compliqué à cause des locataires du rez-de-chaussée qui avait un chien agressif qui nous a attaqué à 2 reprises. Malgré un mail pour prévenir Maria Louisa, nous n'avons pas eu de réaction de sa part.
