216 Pearl St Apartment - Looking for a cozy apartment in a lovely beach location? This weekly rental at 214-216 Pearl Street is perfect for you! Located on a nice residential street, just a short walk to the white sand beach or to view the boats in Estero Bay.

The apartment is attached to a private home that may be used by the owner, with a locked door separating the two located in the kitchen area. There is a separate designated entry to the apartment towards the right side of the deck in front of the home. The deck would be a communal shared space.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and a living room that doubles as a den with a full-sized sleeper sofa. Overall, the maximum occupancy is 3 guests. Linens are included! Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, countertop burner, and sink. There is NOT a washer/dryer included with the apartment. There is a small flip-up tabletop that can be used with two barstools and there are TV trays and a lift-top coffee table in the den, allowing this apartment to be quite functional!

This unit is pet-friendly with a 1-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.

The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day. This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.

We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.
