Refurbished apartment with a living area of 35m2 with a large 5m2 balcony, located in the Hamlet Mottet Rsidence the Lauzes on the 1st floor. Main features: the new gondola of Pierrafort in front of the ski slopes for the 2011-2012 season. It is located on the slopes with a dpart and a return to the slopes. -Close to the ESF, it faces south and the mountain decor is very warm. -There is no carpet, only tile and laminate flooring. -Taxes and cleaning are included in the rental price. -Comprising: -A large hall with two storage cabinets. An independant kitchen with dishwasher, multifunction oven, fridge, coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster, oven. Bathroom with bath and shower, electric towel dryer. WC. -Bedroom with window, double 160 cm bed, possibility to make 2 80 cm beds; wardrobe and cupboards. Main dining area, lounge with 3 single beds forming aseat, flat screen TV, DVD player, board games. -The beds include duvets and pillows. Balcony faces south and overlooks the slopes.
