On the ground floor we find a large air-conditioned entrance/living room with relaxation area furnished with sofa and TV, an air-conditioned living room (with the possibility of adding 2 beds), equipped with dining table and chairs, an independent kitchen, a bathroom with shower cubicle, a laundry room with shower, a front patio equipped with garden furniture;
a back patio equipped with garden furniture and gas barbecue.
On the first floor there are two air-conditioned double bedrooms overlooking a balcony, one of which is smaller and one larger, an air-conditioned double bedroom overlooking a large balcony, a bathroom with shower cubicle.
Recommended for groups of friends and families, even in the company of a small pet (surcharge applies)

un patio sul retro attrezzato con mobili da giardino e barbecue a gas; al primo piano troviamo invece due camera da letto matrimoniale climatizzate affaccio su balcone di cui uno più piccolo ed uno più ampio , una camera da letto doppia climatizzata con affaccio su ampio balcone , un bagno con box doccia.
