All at once you see the Victorian-era parlor and a gracious banister up to the second floor and can almost imagine a young sea captain coming home to his family. And now it's your turn for your family to experience Casa de Rosalie, the perfect spot for a reunion vacation.
The elegant and spacious living room has a large flat-screen TV and comfortable seating for everyone, including a soft leather queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. The spacious modern gourmet kitchen has everything needed for entertaining, including a dining table that seats eight and a kitchen counter with four stools.
A wall of three sets of French doors leads you to a spacious and very private yard, with multiple areas for relaxing in sun or shade. The private pool is 10'x20' with heat in the cooler months. There's a gas grill or a cutting-edge Blackstone griddle to cook up some fresh fish or steaks for your family and guests. Enjoy your meal at the outdoor dining table under a gazebo that will seat eight.
A sumptuously appointed master bedroom with bath en-suite is conveniently located on the main level, with a queen-sized bed and flat-screen TV. Upstairs the luxury continues in the second bedroom with another queen bed and the third bedroom with two twin beds. The full bathroom with shower is in the hall, with direct access from both bedrooms.
This classic Conch home is located across the street from Bayview Park, with tennis courts, playground, basketball court and community activities. It's also a short walk to White Street for shopping at Fausto's or to grab a Cuban sandwich at the famous Sandy's. A few more blocks will find you at Duval Street for a myriad of possibilities. - This home is on a monthly pest control schedule. The area of Key West is home to many insects such as termites, no-see-ums, and mosquitos. Pest control can not eliminate these insects during the swarming season. You may also encounter geckos, lizards, iguanas, frogs, and chickens during your stay in the area.
- Key West is a resort island where renovation of existing historic properties, new construction, and road repair sometimes occur without forewarning. AvantStay is not liable for any guest inconveniences caused due to construction in the area.
- Please note that max occupancy includes infants.
- Please be advised that documentation may be necessary for ESA/service animals to gain entry.
Pets:
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- We LOVE pets, however- Certain breeds typically have to have an additional owner or HOA approval. If your pet falls under any typical breed restrictions (breed, size, weight) please let us know so that we can confirm!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
