In a very quiet and naturally grown location in the southeast of Cape Coral you will find our Villa Alani on a plot of almost 1000m². Despite the quiet location, the popular shopping facilities in this part of Cape Coral, the proximity to doctors and to Fort Myers (only about 5 minutes by car) are extremely friendly. This is exactly what distinguishes the southeast of Cape Coral and made us decide to settle here. You can reach the Caloosahatchee River, which leads to the open sea, in approx. 20 minutes without having to go through a lock.
The area of our Villa Alani without the outside terrace and the pool area is approx. 265m². The extra large pool deck with an additional 160m² offers enough space for our beautiful pool with overflow and whirlpool. Also with the space requirement for sun loungers one does not have to make any compromises.
We have furnished the Villa Alani personally and with a lot of heart and soul. The furnishing was done in such a way that you feel comfortable right from the start. This is very important to us, because we will also spend our holidays in our house. The furnishing style will be modern, homely and high quality, but definitely not futuristic cold.
Bedroom:
Villa Alani has three fully equipped bedrooms. The highlight of each room is the DIRECT access to a personal bathroom (see bathroom equipment). In the master bedroom as well as in the second bedroom there is a comfortable king size bed, which offers enough space and relaxing sleep experiences. Both rooms are facing the pool area and are accessible from the terrace. So nothing stands in the way of a pleasant jump into the pool in the morning. Try it out for yourself. In the third bedroom there are two separate single beds, each with a width of approx. 1 meter, which are perfectly suitable for children as well as adults. Each bedroom has a modern flat-screen TV.
Each of the three bathrooms is a bathroom:
Each of the three bathrooms is directly accessible from the bedroom without leaving the bedroom. You will love this respect for privacy. The master bathroom has a shower with glass door (no curtain!) and a Grohe rain shower with separate hand shower for a pleasant shower experience. There is also a bathtub in this room that invites you to relax. Double washbasins with high-quality granite tops and a large mirror as well as bathroom cupboards made of wood round off the impression. The toilet is located in a separate lockable room with window, accessible from the master bathroom.
The second bathroom also has a shower with glass door and a Grohe rain shower with separate hand shower. You will find plenty of storage space on the granite slab into which the sink is recessed. The toilet fits perfectly between the shower and washbasin. Under the washbasin there are the same wooden cupboards as in the master bathroom, which give you plenty of storage space. The third bathroom is identical to the second.
Living room:
The living room offers space for a comfortable three- and two-person sofa as well as a separate armchair, which together with the harmonious living room and TV table create a perfect picture. Matching lamps are also available. In addition to a large television, you can spend time with yourself and/or your children at the Playstation 4 and thus have another opportunity to spend unforgettable evenings. The glass doors to the terrace can be completely slid over the corner and offer the entire room an incomparable expanse.
Playroom next to the entrance area:
Next to the entrance area there is an area which we have equipped with a billiard table. Try out your skills and improve yourself during your stay at Villa Alani. Fun is guaranteed.
Dining room:
The dining area overlooks the pool. A large wooden table and six chairs invite you to enjoy a cosy meal in a pleasant atmosphere.
Kitchen next to the dining area:
Right next to the dining area is the eye-catcher of the interior, the kitchen. It consists of an island kitchen area with two sinks, dishwasher, various cupboards and a continuous upper counter, where you can also sit down with 4 matching high chairs. The electric cooker, the large American refrigerator, freezer incl. ice cube maker and the microwave fit perfectly into the wooden cabinet fronts with drawers.
Garage. The garage has been built as a triple garage with two electrically remote controlled gates:
The garage has been built as a triple garage with two electrically remote controlled gates. Two cars fit next to each other in the double garage. In the separately lockable single garage you will find all the things you need for your sporting well-being, e.g. beach deckchairs, tennis rackets, two golf bags (right-handed), etc. Tools are also available in case something should break. There is a connecting door between the garage and the inside of the house, so you don't have to enter the house from the outside.
Utility room:
Behind the connecting door is the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, tap, storage facilities and cupboards. The living area can be reached from here.
Office:
If it happens that you have to withdraw to work, there is a small office with a desk available that can be locked with a hinged door.
Lanai:
In the covered terrace area, the so-called Lanai, there is a large table with six chairs at which you can have a cosy barbecue with your loved ones. In addition, lounge furniture with a fire table is attached. So the day can end well. All outdoor furniture is made of modern rattan. Also planned is an outdoor kitchen with an embedded multi-flame gas grill and sink with water connection. Probably from January 2019.
Pool area:
The eye-catcher of the outdoor area is undoubtedly our beautiful, modern pool with overflow (infinity edge) and the adjoining whirlpool, which you can have made to bubble as you wish. From the whirlpool the water splashes over a small staircase into the pool. 6 comfortable deckchairs with cushions and sunshades are available for sunbathing. The pool has an entrance staircase with handrail, is sloping and has an additional small bench from which you can look over the infinity edge to the canal. You also have the option of making the LED lighting of the pool shine on a tablet according to your individual preferences in different colours. Let your creativity run wild. The entire pool area is protected with a screen against insects of any kind. So you enjoy relaxed evenings with light even without getting acquainted with the local mosquitoes. The screen has extra large windows to avoid the impression of a "prison". That was very important to us. On the side there are two doors through which you can get to the boat deck.
Boat deck:
Another highlight of Villa Alani is the boat deck, which is located at the quay wall in front of the pool area. Since one does not need a boat driving licence in Florida in order to be allowed to drive here with a stately motorboat, it would be almost a sin if you would not rent a boat during your stay. The boat deck has a boat lift, which gives you the opportunity to approach the boat on three sides. There is also a separate lift for a jet ski, which allows you to have a lot of fun in the river or off the islands.
Villa Alani offers you and your family or friends an unforgettable time of stay with great comfort. The guest is literally king with us and should feel comfortable.
In the villa you have equipment:
In the villa you have all the utensils you need for running your household. A 100% enumeration would go beyond the scope at this point. Just as an example: crockery, cutlery, dish towels, pots, pans, glasses, coffee machine, shower and bath towels, hair dryer, bed linen, ironing board and iron, high chair for children, baby cot, etc.
There are also several beach chairs, a cool bag, parasols and beach toys for the little ones and the young at heart. There are also two kayaks (single-seaters) for exploring the local canals, tennis rackets and two golf bags (full set) for right-handed people.
Free WLAN is available throughout the house. Telephone with free calls within the USA is also available. Calls outside the USA will be billed according to the actual effort incurred.
The smallest ones are also provided with a baby cot and a high chair, as well as plastic dishes.
