This was my friend and I's first visit to Sanremo.
I usually look for accommodation - hotels or apartments - on Booking. But everything there was very expensive for my period. Somehow I came across your website and found these wonderful apartments. The pictures were beautiful and they are 100% true to what we saw. I immediately wrote to the owner and she replied to me immediately. She gave me time to think about it and made a provisional booking. Within a few days I confirmed the booking and paid in advance. Everything was clear. The owner, Fabiana, was always in touch. I was of course worried, as I had never booked through this site and even more so never paid. But everything was fine. We arrived, the assistant met us, settled us in and told us everything.
The apartment is marvellous! Located close to the beach - literally 5 minutes walk. There is a separate bedroom and studio, a balcony where it is nice to have coffee, dinner, breakfast. View of the greenhouses, a little sea view. Lovely new and modern bathroom with shower cubicle and bidet. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge has a freezer - maybe it is important for someone.
The kitchen has both a bar area and a dining area.
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The only thing is that there is no air conditioning. But as we were at the end of the season and it was not very hot outside - we had enough fans, they were in each room.

The house was great, exactly as described, and perfect for our situation.
We were very content there, would have stayed longer if it had been available.

This apartment is very nice. It is near the best beach. The apartment was fully equipped and it was clean. Mrs Marchella (Frederico's mum) is very good women. She prepared fresh lemons and fresh basil in the fridge. Apartment has got nice garden with olive tree, lemon tree and flowers. Your car you can park in the garden. We used the grill and outdoor kitchen too. We spent a lovely time here. This apartment is suitable for families with children. Thank you very much for beautiful holiday. See you next time.
This is a fantastic property for groups with two separate living areas room for everyone to relax. Perfect Location for town and slopes. The hosts were great and made us feel very welcome.
The chalet was wonderful, spacious enough to accommodate the 6 of us. Kitchen was well equipped with enough cutlery, dinnerware and pots and pans to cook for 6. Loved the shower: strong and hot!
Contact with the owner was quick and he was very helpful with providing driving directions and advice and tips.
We had a great week and would certainly recommend this chalet.

We, three adults from New Zealand, stayed here for 9 nights October 2018. We had a fabulousl stay in this very modern apartment and Viviana and her son were very easy to communicate with. This is my second time staying with Viviana and we returned again to Viviana because she is such a wonderful person. The apartment was suitable for our needs with plenty of room. A kettle would be nice and maybe another pot but other than that, everything was fine. Location and transport is excellent. We had no problems navigating to Termini and to the Vatican and back. The market place is close by and is excellent for buying meat and veges and the little supermarket store was so close. Catching the Hop on Hop off bus was close too, 10 mins walking distance. There are also some great restaurants close by.

The plus are great view, great beach nearby. Minuses, there is a lot of extras like towels, linen, you have to supply toilet paper, soap, garbage bags.
Beautiful place in the perfect location. Amazing and accommodating hosts, we could not have asked for a better place and location to stay. Perfect driving distance to really neat neighboring towns including Matera, Alberbello, Cisternino. Very close to beach and great restaurants. If you are visiting Puglia, you will not regret staying here! The hosts are so nice and suggest great places to visit. Highly recommended!
Very nice apartment! Spacious and lovely decorated rooms. Very friendly owner. Two steps to Guidalocca beach. Sea view. 10 minutes drive to Castellamare harbor and to Zingaro natural park. Ideal for a couple or family with 1 or 2 children.

This apartment was clean and within walking distance to one of the beaches. It has a lovely pool. The apartment is comfortable for max 2 people. There is a market, restaurant and pub all within walking distance.
The villa was exactly as described on the rental site. It was great to have breakfast or an evening drink sitting on the baloney which was about 50 meters from the sea. Nice location for day trips in south central sicily.
Great location, good level of facilities nice and clean ready for our arrival. Close to restaurants and ski hire shops. Fabulous bakery across the road. What more could you want !
The setting of the property is outstanding - on a hill surrounded by fields and woodland. Close to Sarlat, a ten-minute drive, the location is well away from the road, so there is no traffic noise and so the experience is one of peace and quiet.
We had access to the swimming pool, shared with one other rental property on the site, and there are some lovely walks across the fields and into the woodlands.
Xavier the owner is very friendly and the arrangements for our stay were well cared for. The booking process itself was very smooth.
The furnishings in the property are basic but the layout of the property inside is generous with a large reception room and dining table in the kitchen, plus tables to enjoy eating al fresco on both sides of the property so that one could have both breakfast and our evening meal in the sun!

The owners Patrick & Anne are perfect hosts, very welcoming & helpful. They have created a unique & charming holiday cottage, in a convenient location, with a good view out to sea overlooking the town (within walking distance) & next to the military cemetery.
I spent two weeks in this house and loved my stay! The house is very comfortable and well-equipped, but the best of all is its location: it is directly on the water and only 15 minutes walk from downtown Saint Omer. It was very convenient, and very very quiet, and the possibility of going out with the boat and navigate the waterways freely is just fantastic. It's a beautiful place which was really worth discovering for me. The owners of the property were also extremely nice and welcoming.
We Thoroughly enjoyed our time staying in this lovely cottage! Monsieur Lauweriere is the perfect host. Monsieur Lauweriere and his family showed us around the property when we arrived and made sure we were happy before they left. I have my own boat so were able to use a dinghy which was there when ever we wanted which was Great and allowed us to explore the area. Monsieur Lauweriere gave us a vey pleasent tour of the waterways around Le Marais Audomarois. It is a beautiful area, much like the Norfolk Broads in the UK, but in my opinion much better! There is lots to do, St. Omer is a lovely place to visit, easy parking in the lower end of the town (free!). Lille is around an hour away and i would recommend going there too.
The cottage is at the end of a lane right next to the waterways, which are full of wildlife, swans, ducks, cuckoo's herrons and much more. The cottage is laid out on two floors, the ground floor being tiled You enter through a lovely and light and airy kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, coffee maker and all the plates etc and cutlery you'll need. The living room is equiped with an arm chair, sofa bed, tv with satellite and cable. The bathroom has a lovely shower, vanity unit and has a washing machine, there is a separate toilet.
Upstairs via steep stairs there are two good sized bedrooms with view across fields to St. Omer. The beds are comfortable and provided with duvets pillows and extra blankets if needed, there is a tv in one of them.
Whether you will be staying for a weekend break, or longer and visiting more of the area, this would be the perfect place to stay. Being only an hour away from the port of Calais and the Tunnel makes this a Great choice. The road from Callais is a breeze, i would recomend the Toll Road which only costs a couple of euros. Though we did go back to Calais on the non toll road which allows you to see more of the gorgeous french country side!
Summing up, i would recommend, and indeed have done to friends and family, staying in this lovely cottage! Monsieur Lauweriere really was a great host, we shared a couple of beers in the garden there and although my french is lacking, as is his english we will be keeping in touch and will Definately be staying there again.
A Beautiful home with an incredible view, within walking distance of the Rio nell'Alba town's main square. The accommodations were very clean, comfortable and well equipped - all the necessities of home have been thought of.
Very quiet and relaxing with great walking trails nearby, as well as a decent bakery and little shops in town. The owners were superb and their rustic artistic touches made this place truly special.
A great opportunity to experience the real isola d'Elba.
Our stay here exceeded our expectations, in part thanks to the graciousness of our hosts who thought of everything and were very welcoming. The apartment is furnished beautifully and the view from the deck is magnificent. This was a wonderful place to unwind, but with easy access to places such as Annecy and Chamonix if desired.
