This Bungalo features Pottery Barn Style furnishings, flat screen TV's, 4 poster bed in the master, granite countertops in the kitchen, and a screened in private lanai and back yard, this Florida style cottage is a dream vacation. Located in the secluded family friendly neighborhood of "The Bungalos" in the Emerald Coast's largest Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach you won't be disappointed.

There is a large neighborhood pool with a putting green and for your added convenience this home comes with a NEW 4 passenger golf cart and features an NEW optional 6 passenger golf cart available to add to go back and forth to the pool, the beach or the movie theater, shopping and fine dining on Grand Boulevard. When you come to the Beaches of South Walton there is so much to do and so many options for you to consider from the Destin Harbor Walk Village to the shops, galleries and eateries on 30 A that you will need our Memories Fun Pass and Concierge service to help you to decide. We offer a one stop shop with loads of suggestions and a direct way to make your reservations so you don't waste a minute of your precious vacation time.

The Emerald Coast is known for the clear blue-green waters along the nearly pure white sand beaches, and occasionally there is even a live band right at the beach. It is just a very short drive with ample parking to the resort's beautiful beaches, marina, golfing or the Village at Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard. Close to Jolee (Pirate) Island (children's playground) as well as loads of dining and shopping choices including a grocery store. We are proud to announce there have been several new family entertainment venues added for your vacation experience from zip lines in the Village to Grand Boulevard. There is a lighted pedestrian bike tunnel under the highway so guests have total access to both the bay and beachside of the resort as well as miles of running and biking trails. Be sure to stroll the marina in the Village at Baytowne to see the fabulous ocean going yachts! Special parking spaces are available for those who drive golf carts. You may actually shop at the Grand Boulevard Mall in their cart!

The golf cart is a great way to explore and see all the resort has to offer. You can use the tunnel to get to the beach or shop, dine and be entertained at Grand Boulevard or the Village without having to get in your car! This property comes with one SPECTACULAR NEW 4 person golf cart. You can upgrade to a BEAUTIFUL NEW 6 person golf cart or upgrade and have both! Note: golf carts may vary from the one in the photo.

This house also has access to the Phil Hummel SOA pool which is heated year round.
