Pool Notice
• Pools are not heated continuously; you must REQUEST this service. For reservations lasting less than 10 nights, pool heating is already included. However, for reservations lasting longer than 10 nights, there will be an extra charge of $10 per night to heat the pool
• It takes approximately 24 hours to heat the pool so please request heating at least 48 hours in advance.
• This is subject to weather conditions
• The pool is private and not supervised; guests are responsible for monitoring their children's safety while using the pool.
Important Info
• Parking: You can park up to 2 cars in the driveway. Additional parking spaces available in the streets nearby. No garage access.
• Pets: not allowed, a $500 penalty will be applied
• Registration: all guests must be registered to enter the resort before checking in. Please provide a list of names of everyone who plans on staying/visiting you
• Please note that to provide host and guest liability and damage protection, you will receive a secure link upon booking to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal. A pre-authorization of $300 will be held on your credit card 7 days ahead of check-in, through to check-out.
