*** PLEASE NOTE: Starting May 1st, 2024, a daily fee of $10 per adult (children under 16 free) will be charged by the HOA for access to the pool areas and gym. The fee is payable in cash or by check at the clubhouse front desk during check-in and only required should guests wish to use these amenities. Access to tennis courts and the children's playground remains free.
