Stopover with charm and character in an old hamlet. La Perrière is located, as its name suggests, on an old stone quarry where Pascale and Bruno now welcome you all year round. Located on one level on the ground floor of our house, the La Perrière gîte is arranged as follows: kitchen/living room, bright living room open to nature with its 3 bay windows allowing light into the interior, open fireplace contemporary, television and hi-fi equipment, office area for a cozy work space, 90x190 bed. The bedroom opens through a pocket door (160x200 bed, wall cupboard and bay window), the corridor leads to the bathroom, the separate toilet and the laundry room/pantry. The terrace and the garden are for your exclusive use. For your comfort, the living room and bedroom benefit from underfloor heating. The parking lot is shared with Pascale and Bruno (50m from the gîte). Absolute tranquility and seductive view for this cottage with irresistible charm!
