Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the Vallon-Pont-d'Arc area, we offer you this charming 110 m² house with mountain views, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 23 m² living room (with fireplace), a separate fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 300 m² garden.

The accommodation is composed as follows :

Day area :
- A 23 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied), sitting area and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

Sleeping area :
- Bedroom 1 : Double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2 : One queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3 : Two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :
- A beautiful south-west-facing garden of approx. 300 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- 200 m² enclosed courtyard
- 15 m² terrace overlooking the Ardèche gorges

The house is ideally located in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
