From the pictures I imagined the accommodation to be bigger and brighter. I slept badly on the top mattress. Folding and unfolding the sofa every day did not suit me.
So I slept on the couch, unfolded. That suited me.

It is very well located, next to the funicular.
It is possible to make very nice hiking / walking without taking his car.
The area is beautiful, many hikes to do from the apartment.
The owner is very friendly.
