The house has a terrace with deckchair, a parasol, a grill and garden furniture, as well as a private, enclosed garden measuring 300m². From there you can enjoy a lovely view over the surrounding landscape. There is a private parking space for your car.
The house of around 80m² from the year 1789 can accommodate four people on two floors. It was tastefully renovated in 2015, combined with an authentic décor with modern, contemporary elements and plenty of wood. The ground floor has a living room with a leather sofa and digital TV, as well as a kitchen with a view of the forest and a bathroom with a shower and WC. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a two-ring hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. The first has a double bed (180 x 200cm), the second has two single beds (90 x 200cm). All the rooms have heating and wireless Internet access is available.
The historical holiday house is right in the Marais Vernier nature reserve, an exceptionally beautiful place that will entice you into nature that you can explore on foot on wonderful hikes, by bike or on horseback. It also has a bird sanctuary for migrating birds. Those interested in culture will enjoy the beautiful towns of Honfleur (ca. 45 mins.), Caen and the landing beaches, Le Havre (UNESCO world cultural heritage site) and Rouen. The nearest supermarket is about 10km away in Pont Audemer, a pretty and picturesque little village with many everyday shops such as a bakery, a butcher, a cake shop, a fruit shop etc.
