Not to be missed: Sauzon, a charming little fishing port and Le Palais with its citadel Vauban. In this little world apart, you will nevertheless find all the shops you will need for your stay. The house is located in the center of the Island, in the small village of Runello, between the Palace and the village of Sauzon. Independent and surrounded by a 6-hectare park, you will find peace and serenity there. Both functional and spacious, this large house will seduce you during your stay with family or friends.
The owners, who have traveled the world for many years, have brought back from their travels various pieces of furniture and objects contributing to the unique and original decoration of the rental! This holiday home offers you:
- On the ground floor: an entrance, a large living room with lounge and living room, a partly open kitchen with pantry/laundry area, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90), a bathroom water and a separate toilet.
- Upstairs: an office space on the landing, 3 bedrooms (2 160 cm beds, 2 90 cm beds), a bathroom (with bath and shower) and a separate toilet.
Outside: you will enjoy a large enclosed private garden with a terrace without vis-à-vis enjoying an unobstructed view of the park. The cottage is located next to the owners' house and close to 5 rentals, 3 of which are not rented out. Two parking spaces are reserved for you in the common car park.
