Villa Alta Vista is located in the beautiful upmarket residential bay of Cala Sant Francesc, in Blanes, Costa Brava.
The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, elevator to all 3 floors including the pool area. Suitable for wheelchair.



Through the entrance hall you reach the nicely decorated living room with dining area and direct access to the terrace with exterior dining table, sun shades and magnificent sea views! Living room with Smart TV 52"  with Netflix account included.

 Fully equipped kitchen, including automatic coffee machine with fresh beans, as well as Nespresso. Connecting storage room with washing/drying machine. Separate toilet.


One floor down you reach the master bedroom (double bed 180*200) with an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath tub. Ensuite dressing room. 

Second bedroom (2 beds 90*200 put together) with en-suite bathroom (bath) and single sofa bed. Private balcony.

Two more double bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms (one with bath tub and one with shower).


All bedrooms have beautiful pool and sea views! Electric shades for all rooms.

At pool level, you'll find the fifth double bedroom (2 beds 80*200 put together), shower, toilet and steam bath.

Large semi salted pool of 10x3m, sun loungers and balinese bed. 
Lounge area with exterior jacuzzi.

You also have access to the private club in the bay with large pool, children pool, tennis court, bar and playground for the kids. Including a remote control for private parking near the beach.

The beautiful beach of Cala Sant Francesc is a 15-min walk or a 2-min drive. You can park your car for free on the private parking near the beach. The sandy beach has water activities, a nice restaurant "Cala Bona", showers and life guard. Other nice nearby beaches are: Cala Santa Cristina, Cala Treumal, Cala Sa Boadella and Cala Canyelles. The center of Blanes is less then a 5-min drive and is a popular destination with harbor, boulevard and many nice shops and restaurants.
