Pour faciliter vos conditions de circulation et éviter les gros bouchons, la disponibilité se fait du DIMANCHE au DIMANCHE en vacances de février.
ENTREE AUTONOME avec boîte à clés AVANT 20h impérativement. Porte d'entrée automatique de l'immeuble fermée de 20h à 08h.

Bel appartement familial et fonctionnel de 50m². Sans ostentation, sans jacuzzi, sans bling-bling !!

3 pièces (dont 1 chambre indépendante) au 8è étage de la résidence, vue imprenable sur la vallée, sans vis à vis. Appartement d'angle, il bénéficie d'une double exposition qui le rend très lumineux.

Suite à un programme de rénovation récent - façades et fenêtres -, l'isolation thermique de la résidence est de grande qualité et garantit un chauffage de l'appartement très efficace.

L'appartement est situé dans l'hyper-centre de la station et TOUS les COMMERCES sont à proximité immédiate.

L'appartement dispose d'1 place numérotée dans le parking de Moriond couvert AU PIED de l'immeuble. (L'accès au parking se fait uniquement avec un badge abonné que nous mettons à la disposition des locataires, dans l'appartement)
Attention, nous disposons d'1 seule place de parking. Toutes les places sont attribuées aux abonnés.
En cas de 2ème véhicule, nous comptons sur la civilité de nos locataires pour prendre une place de stationnement au parking des cimes, situé à quelques mètres de l'immeuble.
