Very nice apartment, clean and well located, everything you need to have a good stay on this beautiful island, where there are so many things to see and do! The apartment is modest but well equipped, sea view from the small terrace, shops and useful services nearby, beautiful uncrowded swimming pool. We had a great stay there, the owner (whom I thank again) gave me lots of useful information, directions, advice. In short, I highly recommend this rental for a small family. The only small downside is that the bar and restaurant nearby are quite noisy in the evening, which is quite annoying if you go to bed early...
Appartement très sympa, propre et bien situé, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour sur cette ile magnifique, où il y a tant de choses à voir et à faire! L'appart est modeste mais bien équipé, vue sur mer de la petite terrasse, commerces et services utiles à proximité, belle piscine non surpeuplée.
On y a passé un très bon séjour, le propriétaire (que je remercie encore) m'a donné pleins d'informations utiles, indications, conseils. Bref, je recommande fortement cette location pour une petite famille.
Seul petit bémol, bar restaurant à proximité assez bruyant le soir, assez gênant si on dort tôt...
Ideally placed for the beach. Our family (2 children) enjoyed the grandeur of the apartment, the French TV, the view of the terrace on the Teide on one side and the sea on the other.

Very nice people to deal with. The apartment was well furnished . Nice rooftop terrace to sun bathe , bedrooms on lower level are nice and cool. Just what one needs after a hot day. Handy for the beach and village. Would book again, no problem . Big thanks to Peggy for her help .

We stayed in a comfortable apartment, warm, spacious and well equipped. Apartment close to the sea, various shops and restaurants. Beautiful beach nearby. We followed the advice given by J. M.Matthias all important places to visit. The apartment is 15 minutes drive from Tenerife South airport, it was a single journey on the motorway. A remake and thank Mr. Matthias J.

We enjoyed tremendously your apartment. One can enjoy an ideal location close to the sea and a small village, close enough attractions and leisure offerings. It has the advantage of having a terrace for sunbathing or to admire the scenery. The apartment is very comfortable. We took advantage of the pool, nice when you come back to hike. We are delighted with our stay. We recommend this destination.

Nous avons regretté juste une chose, la piscine n'était pas utilisable à la période où nous y étions pour cause de travaux de réfection. Le propriétaire (Mr Janssens) est très coopératif et donne de multiples conseils sur les activités et lieux à visiter aux alentours. Louer une voiture est assez indispensable si vous voulez découvrir les sites exceptionnels de l'île...
Great apartment, fully equipped, attentive owner, absolutely nothing is missing. Location wise it's perfect, supermarket, pharmacy, beach ten minutes walk away, swimming pools in the building really clean, quiet. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, everything was perfect, I recommend 100%.

We enjoyed the beautiful spacious apartment. It is fully furnished and fully equipped, clean and well maintained. The apartment is in a beautiful complex, which is also well maintained. Wij hebben genoten van het mooie ruime appartement. Het is heel compleet ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en goed onderhouden. Het appartement bevindt zich in een mooi complex, hetgeen ook netjes wordt onderhouden. Heel gemakkelijk is het dat de supermarkt naast het complex ligt. Ook is er een vlotte verbinding van en naar het vliegveld, doordat het busstation direct voor het complex ligt.

very nice apartment, well located. Problem of wifi connection in the apartment. What is annoying is to have no contact on site in case of problems. Mr. Barré is very friendly but not easy to settle something from France. Otherwise I had a nice stay with cherry on the cake carnival for 10 days
