It is a 50-metre walk to the sandy beaches and an 8-minute walk to the town centre of Capo d'Orlando. There are various shops within five minutes.
All the rooms open onto one of the three balconies with a mountain, garden and sea view and of the Aeolian Islands on the horizon. The house is on a private site with its own driveway and parking space.
The apartment of around 120m² is suitable for 2-6 people, as well as for two families who would like to spend their holiday together. Each family has its own private area within the house.
