The two-room Villa Punta Amare 4 consists of a double bedroom, a kitchenette, a living room with two sofa beds, a sea-view terrace equipped for outdoor dining, and a private bathroom with a shower cubicle. It's also ideal for our four-legged friends. Private parking is available. The last 100 meters to reach the property are on a dirt road.
Important Notes:
Check-in: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Arrivals after 7:30 pm are accepted with a supplement of Euro 40.00.
Check-out: by 9:00 am.
Linens: the apartments do not provide bed and bath linen. Linen rental is available at a cost of Euro 20 for the single bed an Euro 40 for the double bed to be paid locally, arranged at least 7 days before the arrival date with delivery in our office in Portoferraio.
Pets allowed with an extra fee of 40 euro.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
BBQ area is shared with ader customers and must be left clean after use.
