Lovely three-room apartment in an enviable location, just a few meters from the renowned beach of Innamorata, known for its crystal-clear waters and picturesque coastal landscape. Situated near Capoliveri, a picturesque Tuscan village characterized by narrow alleys and charming squares, this location offers a unique combination of relaxation and culture. The apartment features an independent entrance, a spacious living room with two sofa beds and an extraordinary window overlooking the sea, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with a convenient pull-out double bed, a bathroom, and a spacious panoramic terrace equipped for outdoor dining. WI-FI connection is available throughout the property, along with a mobile air conditioner and a convenient parking space in the private parking lot.
