We really liked the property, it was very functional in every way. We had a great time. The owner was always concerned about making sure everything was to our liking. We felt right at home!

Wonderful place to spend a few days. Absolute relaxation, nature and a spectacular pool. The house is very large and spacious, and Alfonso is always available. I highly recommend it because it was a discovery and we will repeat it.

Very pretty house, ideally located to visit the Algarve and enjoy quiet moments with friends with a lovely view of the Albufeira plain. Well equipped house with nice swimming pool. The owner is attentive and will give you good advice for visits and other practical information on site. Too bad we couldn't stay longer...

Ad fully consistent with what is presented. The house is still as in the photos "in its juice" in terms of decoration but all its other assets make us forget it. 1) The space: the bedrooms are spacious with good bedding and some well separated (we were two families and we were able to partition 3 areas, 2 separate parental rooms and one for teenagers) with many terraces, bathrooms and toilets, a living room, a dining room and separate kitchen, so we can live easily without stepping on each other. 2) The swimming pool, large, deep and very well maintained 3) The equipment: a living space outside very often shaded, a barbecue, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, access to a washing machine and WIFI, sufficient dishwashing equipment (even if as a cook I was missing a few pans that do not stick and a potholder), all the household linen kindly lent by the owner. We thank Mr. A. for this stay, his kindness, his availability, his help, his sharing, we had a pleasant time and we will not hesitate to come back here if we return to Portugal.
Annonce entièrement conforme à ce qui est présenté. La maison est encore comme sur les photos « dans son jus » côté décoration mais tous ses autres atouts nous le font oublier. 1) L’espace : les chambres sont spacieuses avec une bonne literie et certaines bien séparées (nous étions deux familles et nous avons pu cloisonner 3 zones, 2 parentales distinctes et une pour les ados) avec de nombreuses terrasses, salles de bains et toilettes, un salon, une salle à manger et cuisine séparés, on peut donc vivre facilement sans se marcher dessus. 2) La piscine, grande, profonde et très bien entretenue 3) L’équipement : un espace à vivre dehors très souvent ombré, un barbecue, un lave-vaisselle, un four, un micro-ondes, l’accès à un lave-linge et au WIFI, un équipement vaisselle bien suffisant (même si en tant que cuisinière il me manquait quelques poêles qui n’attachent pas et une manique), tout le linge de maison sympathiquement prêté par le propriétaire. Nous remercions Mr. A. pour ce séjour, sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité, son aide, son partage, nous avons passé un agréable moment et nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir ici si nous revenons au Portugal.
Excellent house, very well maintained, with large areas and a very pleasant atmosphere. Mrs. Manuela and her husband are very welcoming, available and friendly. The house was delivered with everything clean. A spectacular house for family holidays; the pool is fenced in so that children can have access. Without a doubt, this is a house to return to!!
Excelente moradia, muito bem tratada, com áreas grandes e ambiente super agradável. A D.Manuela e seu marido são muito acolhedores, disponíveis e simpáticos. Casa entregue com limpeza a tudo. Casa espetacular para férias em família; a delimitação da piscina é ótima para controlar o acesso das crianças. Sem dúvida, é uma casa para lá voltar!!
The accommodation corresponded perfectly to the advertisement. The rooms in the house are very good, as is the swimming pool available. Dona Manuela is very friendly and welcoming, we will definitely be back next year.

Very spacious, comfortable and clean house. It has everything you need for long-term stays. Well located to visit the beaches if you have a car. The treatment of Mrs. Manuela was very nice. I recommend it

We had a wonderful 11 days in this lovely villa. Everything was as described and very clean. The swimming pool was great and we spent most days relaxing by this and enjoying the sunshine. The location was perfect for us, as we like to hire a car and visit different towns in the evening. It has great access to the major roads making it easier to get about. Another bonus was being so close to the Algarve Shopping Outlet, which has plenty of major shopping brands and a supermarket.
All correspondence was prompt and even though we had a language barrier there was never any problems.
I would recommend this wonderful villa with no hesitation and we will definitely look to revisit in the future.

We really liked this villa and the location. It was calm and safe. The villa had all the necessary conditions for a comfortable holiday. The Owner is very friendly and always present. The gentlemen who took care of the house and the pool were also very friendly and approachable. Whenever we called, they answered us immediately. We will be back next year!
Gostamos muito desta vivenda e do local. Era calmo e seguro. A vivenda tinha todas as condições necessárias para umas férias confortáveis. O Proprietário é muito simpático e sempre presente. Spectacular apartment with good areas and very well equipped. Quiet area and close to the center. Mrs. Manuela is very friendly and helpful. I've enjoyed my stay. I recommend it, and I will definitely be back.
