Very good location. Very appreciable air conditioning. Very nice owner. A terrace for eating outside. A very useful outdoor shower to rinse off when returning from the beach. A shower room with toilet and washing machine for each room, ideal when traveling with friends. The owners lent us beach chairs and umbrella.

Une douche extérieure très utile pour se rincer en revenant de la plage. Une salle de douche avec WC et lave linge pour chaque chambre, idéal quand on voyage avec des amis. Les propriétaires nous ont prêté chaises et parasol de plage.
My family and I had a great time. The owner was super helpful and the house allows you to enjoy the right amount of relaxation. Very close to the well-known beaches in the area, but the possibility of reaching very beautiful beaches on foot makes it even more convenient, if ever there was a need given the large spaces available.
Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo. La proprietaria è stata super disponibile e la casa permette di godere del giusto relax. Vicinissima alle spiagge conosciute della zona, ma la possibilità di raggiungere anche a piedi delle spiagge molto belle la rendono ancora più comoda, se mai ce ne fosse bisogno visto i grandi spazi che ci sono a disposizione.

The apartment is located as the crow flies a few hundred meters from the sea, perched on the mountain and to access the sea you need to go down a long descent or take a flight of steps that at lunchtime are to be done under the sun. We have always used the car to go to the beach. The apartment is nice, the master bedroom and the bathroom are large, a second smaller bedroom, a small kitchenette and a living room where 2 can sleep. The apartment has a large uncovered terrace where you can dine. Equipped with dishes and pans. The owner, Mrs. Patrizia has always been very helpful. Some flaws concern first of all the air conditioning which unfortunately is only in the master bedroom and cannot cool the entire apartment, making the nights very hot in the other rooms as the available fans are not initially able to make up for the lack of an additional air conditioner (perhaps it had to be kept on all day). The TV has a decoder and its use is a bit complex. Some small shortcomings such as non-working power sockets and lamps, the broken shower slider as well as thedish drainer door, which can certainly be remedied. Apart from the heat (very high during the days we were in Costa Rei), the apartment is comfortable.
L'appartamento si trova in linea d'aria a poche centinaia di metri dal mare, arroccato sulla montagna e per accedere al mare è necessario fare una lunga discesa o percorrere una scalinata che all'ora di pranzo è da fare sotto il sole. Noi abbiamo sempre utilizzato l'auto per andare al mare. L'appartamento è carino, la camera matrimoniale e il bagno sono ampi, una seconda camera più piccola, un cucinotto piccolino e una sala in cui poter dormire in 2. L'appartamento dispone di un'ampia terrazza scoperta in cui poter cenare. Attrezzato di stoviglie e tegami. La proprietaria, la Sig.ra Patrizia è sempre stata molto disponibile. Alcune pecche riguardano in primis l'aria condizionata che purtroppo si trova solo nella camera matrimoniale e non riesce a raffreddare tutto l'appartamento, rendendo le notti molto calde nelle altre stanze in quanto i ventilatori disponibili non sono avviamente in grado di supplire all'assenza di un ulteriore condizionatore (forse bisognava tenerla accesa tutto il giorno). La TV ha un decoder ed il suo utilizzo è un po' articolato. Alcune piccole mancanze come prese della corrente e lampade non funzionanti, il saliscendi della doccia rotto così come lo sportello dello scolapiatti, a cui sicuramente si può rimediare.
A parte il caldo (molto elevato nei giorni in cui eravamo a Costa Rei), l'appartamento è comodo.

I stayed with my family the second half of July in this very beautiful house, equipped with everything, even things you don't expect. The external veranda is very spacious and very useful for having lunch and dinner outside. At the back there is a small garden with an external hot shower and a covered area with the washing machine, the clothes horse and a cupboard with various detergents. The accommodation is very close to the beach and all the shops, bars, restaurants.... The only thing to point out is that the air conditioning didn't cool much on the hottest days, perhaps it needed maintenance. Samuele, the owner was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend.
Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia la seconda metà di luglio in questa casa molto bella, accessoriata di tutto, anche di cose che non ti aspetti. La veranda esterna molto spaziosa e utilissima per pranzare e cenare fuori. Sul retro un piccolo giardino con doccia calda esterna e zona coperta con la lavatrice, lo stendibiancheria e un armadio con vari detersivi.
L'alloggio è vicinissimo alla spiaggia e a tutti i negozi, bar, ristoranti....
Unica cosa da segnalare, il condizionatore nelle giornate più calde non rinfrescava molto, forse avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione.

Our experience was extremely positive, the house was perfect, complete with every accessory and in a convenient area to reach all the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. In a few minutes on foot you reach Solanas beach which we liked very much. This year we returned to Sardinia for the sixth time and we had never met such kind and helpful owners. Special thanks to Salvatore and his wife, who made sure to make our holiday wonderful.
La nostra esperienza è stata estremamente positiva, la casa era perfetta, completa di ogni accessorio e in una zona comoda per raggiungere tutte le più belle spiagge della Sardegna. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia di Solanas che ci è piaciuta moltissimo. Quest'anno siamo tornati in Sardegna per la sesta volta e non ci era mai capitato di incontrare proprietari così gentili e disponibili. Un ringraziamento speciale a Salvatore e a sua moglie, che hanno fatto in modo di rendere la nostra vacanza meravigliosa.
The owners were very kind upon arrival, waiting for us and leaving two bottles of water and one of wine in the fridge. It's those little details that make the difference. The next day there was a problem with the toilet cistern, but Mrs. Carmen was quick to send a plumber, who replaced the broken part the next day. The house was very nice and comfortable, both inside and in the garden. The fact of being partly located in the basement (tavern type) allowed us to sleep well, without suffering from the atrocious heat of the days at the end of July. The location of the house (Bellavista village, practically an area of cute villas higher up than the larger Costa Rei village) is strategic for visiting the beaches in the area, obviously you just need a car. Plus we had a reserved parking space inside. Sincere thanks to Mrs. Carmen and her husband for the kindness and courtesy shown during our stay.
I proprietari sono stati molto gentili all'arrivo, attendendoci e lasciandoci due bottiglie di acqua e una di vino in frigo. Sono quei piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza. Il giorno successivo si è verificato un problema alla cassetta del wc, ma la sig.ra Carmen è stata tempestiva nel mandare un idraulico, che il giorno dopo ha sostituito il pezzo rotto. La casa era molto carina e comoda, sia dentro sia nel giardinetto. Il fatto di essere situata in parte al piano interrato (tipo taverna) ha consentito di dormire bene, senza soffrire il caldo atroce dei giorni di fine luglio. La posizione della casa (villaggio Bellavista, praticamente una zona di villette carine in alto rispetto al più grande Villaggio Costa Rei) è strategica per visitare le spiagge della zona, basta essere automuniti ovviamente. In più avevamo il posto auto riservato all'interno. Un sincero ringraziamento alla sig.ra Carmen e al marito per la gentilezza e per la cortesia dimostrati nel periodo della nostra permanenza.

An ideally located house with direct access to a magnificent beach! The terrace opens entirely onto the bay. It is well ventilated and allows you, at least in June, to be cool during the hot weather. Giovanna is very friendly and attentive to our well-being. We will go back!!!
Une maison idéalement placée avec accès direct à une plage magnifique ! La terrasse s’ouvre entièrement sur la baie. Elle est bien aérée et permet, en tout cas en juin, d’être au frais durant les fortes chaleurs.

The location of the villa is excellent, 200 meters from the sea and very close to the market, bar and restaurant. The villa is spacious and comfortable both inside and outside and complete with everything. Riccardo and his family are very welcoming people and available for every need. The accommodation is spacious, tidy and equipped with everything you need, both the external and internal showers are very comfortable (I hate small showers) and the airy veranda offers space for meals/games of cards or relaxation. It is in good condition. position to reach the beach and the various services such as supermarkets/fishmongers/restaurants on foot. The area also offers many beaches just a few minutes away by car even if the very long and beautiful beach of Costa Rei does not encourage the search for other beaches. Samuele is a person helpful and courteous. We spent a pleasant 2 weeks, myself, my wife and my son.
L'alloggio è spazioso in ordine e dotato di tutto il necessario, molto comode sia la doccia esterna che la doccia interna(odio le docce piccole)inoltre la ariosa veranda offre spazio per i pasti/partite a carte o relax.Si trova in buona posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia e i vari servizi come supermercati/pescheria/ristoranti a piedi.La zona offre anche molte spiagge a pochi minuti di auto anche se la lunghissima e bella spiaggia di Costa rei non invoglia la ricerca di altri lidi.Samuele è una persona disponibile e cortese.Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane piacevoli io mia moglie e mio figlio.
The apartment is really nice, spacious and well kept. Carmen and her husband were very helpful and hospitable. In addition to what is described in the announcement, we also found umbrellas and chairs for the beach, water in the fridge and coffee capsules! We had a really good time.
L'appartamento é veramente carino, spazioso e ben tenuto. Carmen e suo marito sono stati molto disponibili e ospitali. Oltre a quanto descritto nell'annuncio, abbiamo trovato anche ombrellone e seggioline per la spiaggia, acqua in frigo e capsule per il caffè! Ci siamo trovati veramente bene.
