The studio is ideally located: you open the door and you are on the beach of Aiguebelle. It is a fairly cramped accommodation for 4 but ideal for two. The studio is well appointed, the fan is a plus especially during the hot weather. The best thing is the possibility of setting up the deckchairs or even the lunch table on the beach. Thanks to the owner for her welcome and responsiveness.
Le studio est situé idéalement : vous ouvrez la porte et vous êtes sur la plage d'Aiguebelle. C'est un logement assez exigu pour 4 mais idéal pour deux. Le studio est bien aménagé, le ventilateur est un plus surtout pendant les grosses chaleurs. Le top reste la possibilité d'installer les transats voire la table à déjeuner sur la plage.

The location is ideal: the admittedly small balcony offers a magnificent view of Aiguebelle beach and the Mediterranean. It is a treat in the morning to discover this view. The apartment is functional: the bathroom is quite large, the bedrooms upstairs are spacious with plenty of storage. The kitchen and living area is small for 4 but in Le Lavandou the weather is nice so we often go out or sit on the beach. We really liked the freezer. The residence was very quiet with Mimi the guardian at the Top! We had a great time !
L'emplacement est idéal : le balcon certes petit offre une vue magnifique sur la plage d'Aiguebelle et sur la Méditerranée. C'est un régal le matin de découvrir cette vue. L'appartement est fonctionnel : la sdb est assez grande, les chambres à l'étage spacieuses avec de nombreux rangements. L'espace cuisine, salon est petit pour 4 mais au Lavandou il fait beau donc on sort souvent ou on s'installe sur la plage. On a beaucoup apprécié le congélateur. La résidence était très calme avec Mimi la gardienne au Top! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
We had an excellent 2-week stay with the family, feet in the water. At the top, everything was great and Mrs. N. listened to us and was very kind. It is true that the air conditioning would have been a plus but with the ceiling fan, it was great with a baby. We look forward to returning next year.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines en famille, pieds dans l’eau. Au top, tout était super et Mme N. à notre écoute et très gentille. C’est vrai que la clim aurait été un plus mais avec le ventilateur de plafond, c’était super avec un bébé. Nous sommes impatients de revenir l’an prochain.
very good week in this studio, nothing is missing, quiet environment, 10 minutes walk from the shops, the port, and the coastal path, secure car parking and shelter for bicycles. we enjoyed the terrace morning and evening. We will advise.

We had a very good stay in our studio. Very pleasant studio, with terrace and very well equipped. Bathroom with brand new shower, brand new fridge with freezer, washing machine etc. Nothing is missing. Very well located, close to the beach, shops, very quiet. A little extra: a rental that accepts dogs. Owner very responsive in the exchange of messages. I recommend this rental.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans notre studio. Studio très agréable, avec terrasse et très bien équipé. Salle de bain avec douche toute neuve, frigo avec congélateur tout neuf, machine à laver etc. Rien ne manque. Très bien situé, proche de la plage, commerces, très calme. Petit plus : une location qui accepte les chiens. Propriétaire très réactive dans les échanges de messages. Je recommande cette location.
GREAT What a pleasure to discover your vacation rental, it's perfect! Very clean and completely renovated with taste, very well equipped. Nothing is missing, good bedding too, we appreciated the little surprise when we arrived. It's very pleasant to have a small glass of rosé facing the sea after a day on the road. Thank you Mr and Mrs Fontana! We had a good stay despite the car breakdown.

Quel plaisir de découvrir votre location de vacances , c’est nickel! Très propre et entièrement rénovée avec goût , très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien, bonne literie aussi , nous avons apprécié la petite surprise en arrivant. C’est très agréable de prendre un petit verre de rosé face à la mer après une journée sur la route.

What can I say except that the studio directly overlooks the beach and that's a plus! The studio is as described. The owner makes sure you feel good there. The studio is clean on arrival. The place is quiet and the beach friendly. If I had to give a negative point it's the sand to be cleaned regularly but it's not because of the owner and we forget this negative side when we have the advantage of getting up at the foot of the sea.
Que dire à part que le studio donne directement sur la plage et ça c’est un plus! Le studio est conforme à la description. La propriétaire fait en sorte que vous vous y sentiez bien. Le studio est propre à l’arrivée. L’endroit est calme et la plage conviviale.
Si je devais donner un point négatif c’est le sable à nettoyer régulièrement mais ce n’est pas à cause de la propriétaire et on oublie ce côté négatif quand on a l’avantage de se lever au pied de la mer.
Despite my short stay, I was able to enjoy the swimming pool of the residence and the very quiet terrace overlooking the park. The equipped kitchen is practical. Aperitif glasses could be practical.
I liked the region, I think I will come back next year for longer.

La cuisine équipée est pratique.
Des verres apéritif pourraient être pratiques.

Well located and comfortable apartment. However, the refrigerator is too small and lacks a freezer compartment (no convenience store). Common laundry and inefficient and dilapidated equipment (rusty dryer) and high cost for the result. For practical and hygienic reasons, it would be desirable for there to be at least one washing machine in the apartment. Very warm welcome and the common areas are clean.
Appartement bien situé et comfortable. Cependant, le réfrigérateur est trop petit et il manque un compartiment congélateur (pas de commerce de proximité). Lingerie commune et matériel peu efficace et vétuste (sèche linge rouillé) et coût élevé pour le résultat. Pour des raisons pratiques et d'hygiène, il serait souhaitable qu'il y ait au moins un lave linge dans l'appartement. Très bon accueil et les parties communes sont propres.
Studio directly on the beach, well maintained, well decorated, clean and comfortable. For 2 it is ideal, for 3 or 4 you have to adapt. Added value, we found 2 sea beds and an umbrella made available by the owner.
Studio direttamente sulla spiaggia, ben tenuto, ben arredato, pulito e confortevole. Per 2 é l’ideale, per 3 o 4 ci si deve adattare. Valore aggiunto, abbiamo trovato 2 lettini mare e un ombrellone messi a disposizione dalla proprietaria.
