Tagliata di Cervia is a small hamlet, there is no large supermarket but only a small market that is too expensive, if you don't have a car it is better to arrive already "expensive". Also bring a tablecloth, tea towel and bathroom mat. The center is really close to the apartment, every evening there was something to do, there are rides and carousels for children. Apart from the market there is a butcher and a bakery, bars and restaurants on the beach and delicatessens which are very convenient compared to the restaurant.
Massimiliano makes you feel at ease and is always available. His children are also very polite and respectful.

Tagliata di Cervia è una piccola frazione, non c'è un grande supermercato ma solo un piccolo market troppo caro, se non si ha l'auto è meglio arrivare già "spesati".
Portare anche tovaglia strofinaccio e tappeto per il bagno.
Il centro è davvero vicino all appartamento, ogni sera c'è stato qualcosa da fare, ci sono le giostre e le giostrine per i bambini.
A parte il market c'è una macelleria ed una panetteria, i bar ristoranti sulla spiaggia e le gastronomie molto convenienti rispetto al ristorante.
Massimiliano ti fa sentire a tuo agio ed è sempre disponibile.
Anche i suoi figli sono molto educati e rispettosi.

A very nice lady greeted us and accompanied us to the apartment. Everything was as described. Important appliances such as air conditioning, washing machine, kitchen, and refrigerator were available and worked perfectly during our stay. It is well suited for families with children. The building also has an elevator, which was also helpful. Parking is problematic in the area, so there is a huge monitored car park about 700 meters away. You can get in and out easily with a card, which you get from the landlords and for which there are no additional costs. There are many places to eat and supermarkets nearby. The beach can be reached very quickly on foot in 3 minutes. You can rent umbrellas and sunbeds very quickly through the landlords, including the good spots. Thank you for everything!!!
Eine sehr nette Dame hat uns begrüßt und in die Wohnung begleitet. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Wichtige Geräte wie Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Küche, Kühlschrank waren vorhanden, und während unserer Aufenthalt funktionierten Einwandfrei. Für die Familie mit Kindern ist gut geeignet. Das Gebäude hat auch einen Aufzug, war ebenfalls hilfreich. Parken ist im Gegend problematisch, deshalb gibt es etwa 700 Meter entfernt einen riesen überwachten Parkplatz. Man wird mit einer Karte, welche man von den Vermietern bekommt und dafür keine zusätzlichen Kosten anfallen, mit dem Auto problemlos rein und raus. In der Nähe gibt es viele Essensmöglichkeiten, Supermarkt. Der Strand sehr schnell zu Fuß in 3 Min erreichbar. Den Schirm und Liegebetten kann man über die Vermieter sehr schnell auch die guten Plätze mieten. Danke für alles !!!
The apartment is very welcoming and spacious, comfortable for us who are 5, the furnishings are beautiful and well cared for. The area is quiet and has little traffic even at night. The owner is very kind and helpful, she met our needs. I would definitely return to this apartment.
L'appartamento è molto accogliente e spazioso, comodo per noi che siamo in 5, l'arredamento bello e ben curato. La zona è tranquilla e poco trafficata anche di notte. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze. Tornerei sicuramente in questo appartamento.
The lady was already waiting for us outside for a check-in, water and welcome prosecco in the fridge. Clean and functional apartment. On the large L-shaped balcony always sun and shade, 100 meters away from the sea. They kindly allowed us a late check-out. We had a great time, we recommend!
La signora si trovava già ad aspettarci fuori per un checkin, acqua e prosecco di benvenuto in frigo. Appartamento pulito e funzionale. Sul grande balcone a L sempre sole ed ombra, distanza dal mare 100 metri. Gentilmente ci hanno concesso un late check-out. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, raccomandiamo!

If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet, this apartment is not the right one, but then you should generally not live on the beach promenade. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Die direkte Lage am Strand ist sehr gut. Direkt nebenan ist ein Supermarkt, der alles hat was man benötigt. Wenn man absolute Ruhe sucht ist die Wohnung nicht das richtige, aber dann sollte man grundsätzlich nicht an der Strandpromenade wohnen.
Diverse Restaurants sind in direkter Nachbarschaft, sodass man auf das Auto gut verzichten kann. Alles in allem kann ich dir Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett und alles hat völlig unkompliziert geklappt.

Appartamento comodo e spazioso, in zona tranquilla ma vicina al centro ed alla spiaggia. Comodo per raggiungere anche la vicina stazione ferroviaria, market e servizi. Molto al di sopra delle aspettative, bagni nuovi stanze fresche e comode, spazio esterno attrezzato. Cucina fornita ed ampia. Pienamente soddisfatta, consiglio vivamente anche a chi come noi, l'ha scelto per un lungo periodo.

The conditions of the apartment correspond to the description. The furniture is essential and the spaces are comfortably usable. The outdoor spaces are also enjoyable, also equipped with shared washing machines and spaces for hanging out. The absence of bunk beds and the space in the room large enough to accommodate 4 beds on the ground is much appreciated. I found the equipment for the kitchen just a bit poor. The location is excellent, out of the confusion and quiet but very close to the center and the canal that divides the two municipalities. Owners present on site and available: I arrived by mistake a day earlier and they welcomed me, speeding up the preparation of the apartment. Also very kind for sending me items that I have forgotten.
Le condizioni dell'appartamento corrispondono alla descrizione. L'arredamento è essenziale e gli spazi sono comodamente fruibile. Anche gli spazi esterni sono godibili, attrezzati anche con lavatrici in comune e spazi per stendere. Molto apprezzata l'assenza di letti a castello e lo spazio in camera ampio abbastanza da accogliere 4 posti letto a terra. Ho trovato solo un po' povera la dotazione per la cucina. La posizione è ottima, fuori dalla confusione e silenziosa ma vicinissima al centro e al canale che divide i due comuni. Proprietari presenti sul posto e disponibili: io sono arrivata per errore un giorno prima e loro mi hanno accolta, accelerando la preparazione dell'appartamento. Molto gentili anche per avermi spedito oggetti che ho dimenticato.

First of all, we must thank Chiara, the owner, who made us find cold water and a bottle of wine upon our arrival. The house is as shown in the photo and description: there are 6 beds, there were 4 of us and the dimensions were perfect. The apartment was clean and absolutely undated, in fact the kitchen was new. There were a closed shower, washing machine, oven, microwave, iron and ironing board and in any case well equipped. A balcony runs along the entire apartment and you can eat outside (not at midday because the sun is beating). Among other things, the balcony is safe for possibly a dog who can look out without the danger of falling or passing by the neighbor. The location is fantastic: on the central street, a stone's throw from the beach (bathroom 65 which we also recommend!) And also close to many good restaurants and pubs. There is also a reserved parking space, essential in these areas. What can I say, absolutely recommended and thanks Chiara!
Innanzitutto è doveroso ringraziare Chiara, la proprietaria, che ci ha fatto trovare acqua e una bottiglia di vino freddi al nostro arrivo.
La casa è come da foto e da descrizione: ci sono 6 posti letto, noi eravamo in 4 e le dimensioni erano perfette.
L'appartamento era pulito e assolutamente non datato, anzi la cucina era nuova.
Erano presenti doccia chiusa, lavatrice, forno, microonde, asse e ferro da stiro e comunque ben accessoriata.
Una balconata gira lungo tutto il l'appartamento e si riesce a mangiare fuori (non a mezzo giorno perché batte il sole).
Tra l'altro il balcone è in sicurezza per eventualmente un cane che riesce a guardare fuori senza il pericolo di cadere o passare dal vicino.
La posizione è fantastica: sula via centrale, a due passi dalla spiaggia (bagno 65 che oltretutto consigliamo!) e vicina anche a molti buoni ristoranti e pub.
E' presente anche un posto auto riservato, fondamentale in queste zone.
