Villa Bea is a cozy 3-bedroom villa located in the area of Cap D'Artrutx, Menorca.
Traditional House with a more modern internal touch with a very nice porch. Inside there are 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and 2 with 2 single beds each and sharing a bathroom. The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms. Spacious and comfortable living-dining room that has satellite TV, free WIFI and a fullly equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and the necessary kitchenware to enjoy your stay.
The outdoor area includes a magnificient private pool surrounded by lawn and a cozy garden with sunbeds. Durings the summer nights you can enjoy an outdoor barbecue.

This property rental is intended for families therefore the organizing of large parties and events is prohibited. EscapeHome reserves the right to charge a security deposit of 150€ per person prior to your arrival. If your group is a group of young people under the age of 26, the security deposit will be required, it must be paid through a secure link that we will send you by SMS before your arrival and it will be returned to you upon departure, after the conditions of the house have been checked. If during your stay there are any breakages or any damage caused, we would appreciate you notify us so that it can be fixed immediately. Also, we must take payment for the ecotax which is the tourist tax of the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult and night (from the eighth night, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult and night).
