The apartment is well located with quick access to the beach as well as proximity to shops for daily needs and the port without needing to use your vehicle. We were satisfied with the interior space, we were 4 adults: my husband, me and my son with his girlfriend to whom we left the parental suite which was very practical for everyone's privacy. The negative: the air conditioning is very lacking, the fans are not enough (especially at night) and the apartment is quite close to the road which is a bit annoying with the noise of the traffic; Thanks to Joëlle for her kindness which somewhat erased the worries of the blind which was stuck half open and which we had to fix ourselves so as not to be woken up in the morning by the daylight, on vacation we still like to sleep in.
L'appartement est bien situé avec un accès rapide à la plage ainsi que la proximité des commerces pour le quotidien et du port sans avoir besoin d'utiliser son véhicule.
Nous avons été satisfait de l'espace intérieur, nous étions 4 adultes : mon mari, moi et mon fils avec sa copine à qui nous avons laissé la suite parental qui était très pratique pour l'intimité de chacun.
Le négatif : la climatisation manque énormément , les ventilateurs ne suffisent (surtout la nuit) et l'appartement est assez proche de la route ce qui est un peut gênant avec le bruit de la circulation;
Merci à Joëlle pour sa sympathie qui à un peu effacé les soucies de store qui était bloqué à moitié ouvert et que nous avons du bricoler nous même afin de ne pas être réveillé le matin par le jour, en vacances on aime bien faire quand même la grasse matinée.
Super friendly welcome from the owner of the villa, we arrived at 11:30 p.m. and no problem, he was there. The studio is 150 m from the sea with a small beach and very close to the amenities of Porto-Vecchio, its Port and the village. The studio is very clean and the owner always attentive to the slightest problem. Only downside internet! TV!! excellent stay
Accueil super sympathique du propriétaire de la villa, nous sommes arrivés à 23h30 et aucun problème, il était là. Le studio est à 150 m de la mer avec une petite plage et très proche des commodités de Porto-Vecchio de son Port et du village. Le studio très propre et le propriétaire toujours à l’écoute du moindre souci. Seul bémol internet ! TV !! excellent séjour

Good stay at Gabrielle's who is also very nice, the location is great too. However, we were hot the first nights since we had turned off the fans to be quiet. Apart from that, we are happy.
Bon séjour chez Gabrielle qui est part ailleurs très gentille, l'emplacement est top aussi. Nous avons par contre eu chaud les premières nuits vu que nous avions éteint les ventilateurs pour être au calme. Mis à part ça, nous sommes contents.

The only problem: the terrace is placed on the common areas of the residence, which causes very unpleasant nuisances of passages and promiscuity (no privacy) According to the co-owners, this state of affairs is abusive and should not exist. That said, it didn't stop us from having a great stay in Corsica.

Excellent contact with the owner who is reachable and responsive as well as with Joëlle who gives you the keys and gives good advice. The house is close to the beach with a magnificent sea view and breathtaking sunsets. Well equipped with air conditioning and everything you need for a great holiday. Restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. If there is really a fault to be found, the road below is quite busy.

Si il faut vraiment trouver un défaut, la route en contre-bas est assez passante.

We had a great stay in this accommodation: the house is equipped with everything a vacationer could need, and more. Very pretty, with a garden equipped with a table and chairs (in the shade) where you can pleasantly enjoy breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The location is strategic: a minute's walk away there are some restaurants and a large supermarket, a two-minute drive away is the center of Saint-Florent, from where several excursions also depart where it is possible to rent boats and zodiacs. Last but not least: the owners, Jean-Paul and Christine, are lovely people, very kind and available, they made us feel at home. Excellent value for money, I highly recommend this accommodation, even for a family with children as in our case.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement : la maison est équipée de tout ce dont un vacancier peut avoir besoin, et même plus. Très jolie, avec un jardin équipé d'une table et de chaises (à l'ombre) où l'on peut agréablement profiter des petits-déjeuners, déjeuners et dîners. L'emplacement est stratégique : à une minute à pied, on trouve quelques restaurants et un grand supermarché, à deux minutes en voiture se trouve le centre de Saint-Florent, d'où partent également plusieurs excursions où il est possible de louer des bateaux et des zodiac. Dernier point mais non des moindres : les propriétaires, Jean-Paul et Christine, sont des personnes adorables, très gentilles et disponibles, ils nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous. Excellent rapport qualité/prix, je recommande vivement ce logement, même pour une famille avec des enfants comme dans notre cas.
Impeccable location with all the necessary comfort (you almost feel at home). Ideally located near shops and beaches while being calm and peaceful. The owners quickly establish a climate of trust. The welcome was warm and attentive. We highly recommend.
