We spent two wonderful weeks in Alessia's little house. It was exactly as described and we felt very comfortable there. We have spent our holidays in this small holiday complex several times and we really like it there.

We had a great stay in this accommodation: the house is equipped with everything a vacationer could need, and more. Very pretty, with a garden equipped with a table and chairs (in the shade) where you can pleasantly enjoy breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The location is strategic: a minute's walk away there are some restaurants and a large supermarket, a two-minute drive away is the center of Saint-Florent, from where several excursions also depart where it is possible to rent boats and zodiacs. Last but not least: the owners, Jean-Paul and Christine, are lovely people, very kind and available, they made us feel at home. Excellent value for money, I highly recommend this accommodation, even for a family with children as in our case.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement : la maison est équipée de tout ce dont un vacancier peut avoir besoin, et même plus. Très jolie, avec un jardin équipé d'une table et de chaises (à l'ombre) où l'on peut agréablement profiter des petits-déjeuners, déjeuners et dîners. L'emplacement est stratégique : à une minute à pied, on trouve quelques restaurants et un grand supermarché, à deux minutes en voiture se trouve le centre de Saint-Florent, d'où partent également plusieurs excursions où il est possible de louer des bateaux et des zodiac. Dernier point mais non des moindres : les propriétaires, Jean-Paul et Christine, sont des personnes adorables, très gentilles et disponibles, ils nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous. Excellent rapport qualité/prix, je recommande vivement ce logement, même pour une famille avec des enfants comme dans notre cas.
Spacious rental, super well located in Calvi to be able to do everything on foot. Impeccable for summer holidays especially with children. To recommend.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Toll war vor allem, dass wir ganz alleine im Mittelhaus waren und somit keine Nachbarn. Von daher war es sehr ruhig und schön.

Very comfortable apartment in a villa in a private setting with lots of nature away from the main road. The living area and the porch had a priceless sea view. There is a wonderful swimming pool overlooking the Bodri beach. Very helpful and kind owners, convenience of the main services given the proximity of the town. Absolutely recommended.
Appartamento molto confortevole all'interno di una villa in un contesto privato con tanta natura lontano dalla strada principale. La zona giorno e il porticato presentavano una vista mare impagabile. A disposizione una piscina stupenda con vista sulla spiaggia di Bodri. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili, comodità dei servizi principali data la vicinanza del paese. Consigliato assolutamente.
The house is small but has everything we need to spend a great vacation. The house is inside a condominium, very quiet and with green spaces. The beach is right at the foot, 100 or less. The sea is calm and the water warm. There is a supermarket very close by. It's close to everything. I loved this vacation, I'll be back for sure ?
A habitação é pequena mas tem tudo o que necessitamos para passar umas ótimas férias. A casa fica dentro de um condomínio, muito silencioso e com espaços verdes.
A praia é mesmo ao pé, 100 ou menos. O mar é calmo e a água quente.
Há um supermercado muito perto.
Fica perto de tudo.
Adorei estás férias, voltarei com certeza 😊

All positive, only 3 notes for the purpose of improving the service: the non-sliding bathroom and dressing room doors are uncomfortable. Not enough closet space. It would have been useful to have awnings on the terrace in front of the kitchen for shade in the morning

We stayed for a week in this beautiful villa apartment which corresponds exactly to the description of the advertisement. Mrs. Nadia and her husband have always been very kind and available. Bodri beach is accessible by a private road in 10 minutes. The swimming pool for private use (we never met Nadia and her husband when we were there) is fantastic for relaxing after a day at the beach or for enjoying your aperitifs while admiring the sunset! We will definitely come back! Highly recommended.
Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette belle appartement en villa qui correspond exactement à la description de l'annonce. Mme Nadia et son mari ont toujours été très gentils et disponible. La plage de Bodri est accessible par un chemin privé en 10 minutes. La piscine à usage privé (nous n'avons jamais rencontré Nadia et son mari quand nous y étions) est fantastique pour se détendre après une journée à la plage ou pour profiter de vos apéritifs en admirant le coucher de soleil! On reviendra certainement ! Hautement recommandé.

We spent a very pleasant week even if it was very hot and the fans weren't enough, an air conditioner would be needed. The house is well organized and has a beautiful outdoor space overlooking the sea. I would definitely go back!
Jabbiamo trascorso una settimana molto piacevole anche se molto calda e i ventilatori non erano sufficienti, servirebbe un condizionatore.
La casa e' ben organizzata e ha un bellissimo spazio esterno con vista sul mare.

The small accommodation is very nice and equipped with everything needed for a family holiday. Tastefully furnished by the owners, who are excellent hosts, welcoming, kind and available to help in case of need. The location a few steps from the sea is enchanting. The table and chairs outside (in front of the accommodation) allow you to eat/drink/read, listening to the sound of the sea. Natalia and Pasquin - the owner couple - are two special people.
Il piccolo alloggio è molto grazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario per una vacanza con la famiglia. Arredato con gusto dai proprietari, che sono ottimi ospiti, accoglienti, gentili e disponibili ad aiutare in caso di necessità. La posizione a pochi passi dal mare è incantevole. Il tavolo e le seggiole fuori (davanti l'alloggio) permettono di mangiare/bere/leggere, ascoltando il rumore del mare. Natalia e Pasquin - la coppia di proprietari - sono due persone speciali.

Very cozy house equipped with all comforts. The only drawback is the noise of the cars due to the proximity of the road, however well covered by the view. With the double glazed windows the bedroom was still very quiet.

Being very satisfied with the rental of the apartment of the owners (very friendly) in Risoul 1850 (also to be seen on the site here) as well as the relationship with them for the formalities, and in view of their attractive advertisement on this site; I wanted to rent this villa to them in Cervione this summer with my family (6 people) to visit Corsica. What happiness... Everyone was enchanted by this beautiful and functional recent villa, ideal for a good holiday - very well located, quiet and close to everything (shops, beaches, excursions, hikes, etc.. .). Very clean and the person who greeted us was very friendly. The 2 televisions, the washing machine, the kitchen, the terrace, the sheets, bath and beach towels, without forgetting the fresh rosé of welcome in the refrigerator, very appreciable. We were able to spend 15 days of real and beautiful holidays for a justified price (admittedly still too expensive for a tenant...lol) in view of the services provided. To be recommended without any hesitation!
Etant très satisfait de la location de l'appartement des propriétaires (très sympas) à Risoul 1850 (à voir aussi sur le site ici) ainsi que de la relation avec eux pour les formalités, et au vu de leur annonce attrayante sur ce site ; j'ai souhaité leur louer cette villa à Cervione cet été avec ma famille (6 personnes) pour visiter la Corse. Que du bonheur... Tout le monde a été enchanté par cette belle et fonctionnelle villa récente, idéale pour passer de bonnes vacances - très bien située, au calme et à proximité de tout (commerces, plages, excursions, randonnées, etc...). Très propre et la personne qui nous a accueilli est très sympa. Les 2 télévisions, la machine à laver, la cuisine, la terrasse, les draps, serviettes de bains et de plage, sans oublier le rosé frais de bienvenu au réfrigérateur, très appréciables. Nous avons pu passer 15 jours de vraies et belles vacances pour un tarif justifié (certes toujours trop cher pour un locataire...lol) au vu des prestations fournies. A recommander donc sans aucun souci!
