Your accommodation is very nicely furnished and very clean. There is a lot of crockery and enough equipment to cook. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance. The one right around the corner (Conad) and a COOP can be reached in about 5 minutes. The old town with very nice restaurants can also be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. The EUROSPIN in Portoferraio is recommended for bulk purchases, about 20 minutes by car. The beach can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot (attention: stone beach, bathing shoes recommended. Water quality is wonderful! Stefano is very courteous and always responded to inquiries from us within 10 minutes and gave us help and advice. The accommodation is very quiet location.We would give 10 out of 10 stars and can recommend them unreservedly and would love to come back!
Dir Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es gibt sehr viel Geschirr und ausreichend Equipment um Kochen zu können. In Fussnähe sind 2 Supermärkte. Der eine direkt ums Eck (Conad) und ein COOP in ca 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Altstadt, mit sehr schönen Restaurants ist ebenfalls in ca 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Für Grosseinkäufe ist der EUROSPIN in Portoferraio zu empfehlen, ca 20 Min mit dem Auto. Strand ist in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen (Achtung: Steinstrand, Badeschuhe zu empfehlen. Wasserqualität wundervoll! Stefano ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat immer innerhalb von 10 Minuten auf Anfragen unsererseits reagiert und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir würden 10 von 10 Sternen vergeben und können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
The apartment is in a great location (playground and shops nearby, it's easy to get to the center) and clean. The landlords are very friendly.
Die Ferienwohnung ist super gelegen (Spielplatz und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe, man ist schnell im Zentrum) und sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.
We liked the apartment very much. It is very clean and very well equipped. Supermarket and city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot, as well as several hiking trails.

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Supermarkt und Stadtzentrum sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen, sowie auch etliche Wanderwege.

Very comfortable house, spacious, well organized, spotlessly clean and with pleasant furnishings. The only thing is the dated bathroom. Excellent location, close to the town but out of the crowd. Very kind and helpful owners. We stayed very well.
Casa molto confortevole, spaziosa, ben organizzata, pulitissima e con arredamento gradevole. Unico appunto il bagno datato. Ottima la posizione, vicina al paese ma fuori dalla calca. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Siamo stati molto bene.
We found ourselves very well first of all for the location near the center and the beach, but also because it is located in an area far from the chaos. We found it an ideal solution for families with small children: it is a large, spacious apartment, it has a beautiful veranda surrounded by greenery, as well as the convenience of the adjacent playground. Thanks to Stefano and his wife for their kind and welcome, we hope to return soon!
Ci siamo trovati molto bene prima di tutto per la posizione vicino al centro e alla spiaggia, ma anche perché si trova al tempo stesso in zona lontana dal caos. L'abbiamo trovata una soluzione ideale per famiglie con bimbi piccoli: è un appartamento ampio, spazioso, ha una bella veranda circondata dal verde, oltre alla comodità del parco giochi adiacente.
Grazie a Stefano e a sua moglie per la gentile e gradita accoglienza, speriamo di tornare presto!

I highly recommend this apartment because the first thing the owners are very kind and very helpful, the apartment was large and very clean with everything all over again and then a table outside that morning to make breakfast with a stunning setting sun, the entry independent is one more point and then is close to everything in the supermarket is that the stop of the free bus that takes you downtown in less than 10 min. I highly recommend it.
Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento perché prima cosa i proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili,l'appartamento è grande e è molto pulito tutto nuovo fornito di tutto e poi ha un tavolo esterno che alla mattina fai colazione con un sole un panorama strepitoso, l'entrata indipendente è un punto in più e poi è vicino a tutto sia al supermercato che alla fermata gratuita del bus che ti porta in centro in neanche 10 min. lo consiglio vivamente.
