Apartment beautifully located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful residence with 3 pools, Landscaped garden, well secured and ideally located in relation to the marina of Puerto de la Duquesa (10 min walk).
This one-bedroomed apartmen which also has a sofa bed of very good quality can accommodate 4 people comfortably. Everything is planned for 4 people (dishes, linen...).
As well as the view, the quality of the swimming pools and the environment, the apartment is very " airy, bright and quiet. Very well equipped (kitchen, bathroom and maintenance + TV with French channels).

Appartement magnifiquement situé au 3ème étage d'une superbe résidence, composée de 3 piscines, terrain de Padel, beaucoup de verdure, bien sécurisée et idéalement localisée par rapport au port de plaisance de Puerto de la Duquesa ( 10 min de marche). Un divan-lit de très bonne qualité permet de loger en tout confort 3 personnes. Tout est prévu pour 3 personnes (vaisselle, draps, ..).
En plus de la vue, de la qualité des piscines et de l'environnement,l'appartement est très "aéré" lumineux et calme. Très bien équipé ( cuisine,salle de bain et entretien + télé et le Wifi.

Getting there
The residence is an hour's drive (A7 motorway) from Malaga airport (very easy car rental at the airport), or easy transfer by bus from the airport to Manilva (change in Estepona).
Then you can do everything on foot (shopping, beach, restaurants, marina...), but the car is recommended for sightseeing and further beaches (Tarifa at one hour's drive).
La résidence se trouve à une heure de voiture (via la grand route A7 ) de l'aéroport de Malaga (location voiture très aisé à l'aéroport), ou transfert facile par bus de l'aéroport à Manilva (changement à Estepona).
Ensuite, il est possible de tout faire à pieds ( shopping, plage, restaurants,port de plaisance,..), mais la voiture est conseillée pour les visites et plages (Tarifa à une heure de route).
