Super nice and clean. The beach is really less than 50m away even if it is a hell of a hill. An isolated and very family-friendly area. The swimming pool is 5m away and easily accessible without ever being invaded. On the other hand, there is nothing nearby. You have to take the car for all other needs. In fact, we access Nazaré which is a few kilometers away and through the old village and its magnificent church near the famous lighthouse. For the rest, we go down for all the amenities.
Super sympa et propre. La plage est vraiment à moins de 50m même si c’est une sacrée côte. Un quartier isolé et très familial. La piscine est à 5m et accessible facilement sans jamais être envahi. Par contre il n’y a rien a proximité. Obligé de prendre la voiture pour tout autres besoins.
En fait on accède à Nazaré qui est à quelques kilomètres et par le vieux village et son église magnifique auprès du fameux phare. Pour le reste, on descend pour toutes les commodités.
The house is huge, in a quiet area and has everything, swimming pool, barbecue... you have all the services nearby and you can walk to the town beach. The host is available for everything you need and communication with him has been great. Thank you very much for everything, we will be back!!!!
La casa es enorme, en una zona tranquila y tiene de todo,piscina, barbacoa... tienes todos los servicios cerca y se puede ir andando a la playa del pueblo. El anfitrión está disponible para todo lo necesario y la comunicación con él ha sido estupenda. Muchas gracias por todo, volveremos!!!!

Beautiful apartment in a pretty, quiet residence with swimming pool. Direct access to the swimming pool via the terrace is a significant and very practical plus. A special mention for the warm welcome from the owner's representative on site, very kind and available. We are definitely keeping this address for our next vacation in Nazaré which we loved.

Owner very warm and welcoming. Reactive when there is a problem. We highly recommend and will be back. The only downside: the mattresses of the small beds on the last floors. The children feel the springs and it was not very pleasant.

Very cozy apartment, with a magnificent balcony and a nice swimming pool. For those with children, the pool has an area reserved for children. The whole condominium is very well treated and with very friendly residents. I highly recommend. I will definitely be back.

We have had a great stay of 2 weeks in this Apartment. Communication with the owner has been easy and fluid, he has given us all the facilities and has been very kind, serious and correct at all times. As for the apartment, it fully corresponds to the description and has everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. The beds are comfortable, the terrace is very, very large and overlooks a street with very little traffic (as in the whole area), that is, very quiet. The height is low so access to the apartment is very comfortable as well. The nearest beach is a short walk away (10 minutes) and in the same plot of apartments there is a small shop for the most basic (some food, some cleaning product, ...). A fully recommended accommodation, we hope to repeat soon.
Hemos tenido una gran estancia de 2 semanas en este Apartamento. La comunicación con el propietario ha sido fácil y fluida, nos ha dado todas las facilidades y ha sido muy amable, serio y correcto en todo momento.
En cuanto al apartamento, éste se corresponde totalmente con la descripción y dispone de todo lo necesario para tener una estancia muy agradable. Las camas son cómodas, la terraza es muy muy grande y da al exterior a una calle con poquísimo tránsito (como en toda la zona), es decir, muy tranquila. La altura es un bajo por lo que el acceso al apartamento es muy cómodo también.
La playa más cercana está a un paseo andando (10 minutos) y en la misma parcela de apartamentos hay una pequeña tienda para lo más básico (algo de alimentación, algún producto de limpieza, ...).
Un alojamiento totalmente recomendable, esperamos repetir pronto.
We had a great week in August. The accommodation is superb and well maintained, the residence quiet, no noise at night. Parking spaces are very convenient. To go down to the city center, for people with walking difficulties it is better to take the car because on the return to the residence there are beautiful climbs. Very friendly owner, very quick response to various questions. Accommodation very well arranged, magnificent views on each side. I recommend this rental.
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine au mois d'août. Le logement est superbe et bien entretenu, la résidence calme pas de bruit le soir. Les places de parking sont bien pratiques. Pour descendre au centre ville, pour les personnes ayant des difficultés pour marcher mieux vaut prendre la voiture car sur le retour à la résidence présence de belles montées.
Propriétaire très avenant, réponse très rapide aux différentes questions. Logement très bien agencé, de magnifiques vues de chaque côté. Je recommande cette location.

I liked the house, I liked the beach, I just didn't like some part of the time it played pranks on us because of the wind, the lady who does the cleaning was very friendly, in general I enjoyed the stay and I apologize if we caused any level of dissatisfaction, I just want to say thank you, thank you very much!!! Thanks also to the owner D. Carla Faro for the hospitality shown through the exchange of emails!!! Ps: you can rent the accommodation at will, no problem, helpful and friendly.
Gostei da casa, gostei da praia só não gostei de alguma parte do tempo que nos pregou umas partidas por causa do vento, a Senhora que faz a limpeza foi muito simpática, no geral gostei da estadia e peço desculpa se provocamos algum nível de insatisfação, de resto só quero agradecer, muito Obrigado!!!
