It has an area of 75 m², consists of two bedrooms, can accommodate six people and offers its guests a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The living room is an open space with a fresh decor, a sofa bed and a nice dining table.
The independent, modern and bright kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary, including high-end appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
This wonderful apartment has two bathrooms, both with shower cubicles.
The main bedroom is very bright, has an external window and has a double bed and good storage capacity thanks to its wardrobes. The second bedroom, also with an external window, has two single beds.
It has underfloor cooling and heating, an innovative system that avoids the need to use radiators and air conditioning units.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 200 metres of the apartment.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established protocols of the property.
