With capacity for four people, this is a perfect apartment. Decorated in line with the latest trends in furniture or wall and floor design: French-style wooden furniture, very elegant striped wallpaper for the bedrooms, light grey tones and pastel colours.
The kitchen or bathroom feature the latest in design, seeking elegance, practicality and the best equipment. The kitchen is incorporated into the living room to make the most of the space, and a high bar is used as a dining area with designer stools. The living room with a comfortable double sofa bed is equally bright and has a balcony with insulating windows to avoid noise and maintain the temperature.
The bedroom is of good size, also with a nice balcony and large built-in wardrobes. The apartment has internet, Smart TV, and all the equipment that may be needed. This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park about 50 metres from the apartment.
