This rate includes:

- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).
- EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in the event of cancellation of the stay = In addition to objectively documentable and unpredictable health or work reasons at the time of booking, you can cancel and be reimbursed in case of reasons related to: Covid-19 infections, epidemics and pandemics that directly affect you, your travel companion or family member; terrorist attack that hit the place of stay.
- Stay cancellation guarantee for Lockdown = In the event that you have to cancel your stay due to lockdowns issued by governments in the 30 days prior to check-in due to the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic: national lockdown Italy; local lockdown in Italy concerning the area in which the booked villa is located ("red" area or impossible to reach due to official restrictions on free circulation); national lockdown of your country of residence; local lockdown in Italy in the Municipality or in the area of residence.

Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00 per animal per week or part of week).

Interior:
On the ground floor of the villa just after the entrance, you will find a wide and bright living and dining room as well as a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor, you will find one bedroom with one futon bed for two, one French-sized bed and a folding single bed, one bathroom with shower, one studio (connecting the hallway and a second bedroom) with a futon bed for two, and the master bedroom en suite bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi and Turkish bath. In the bathroom, there is direct access to the outside, where you will find an outdoor shower.
Park:
On the outside, the beautifully equipped garden and the pergola are perfect for lunches and dinners outside. Relax with a good book under one of the olive trees or cool off with a dip in the pool... at Casa Cantagallo relaxation and fun are guaranteed!Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool measures 11.5x4.5 metres, is 1.20 meters deep and will be open from May to September.
