The garden, like the house, is well-tended and includes a 12x5 meters large swimming pool with salt water, an outdoor kitchen, a BBQ area, and plenty of lawn and shade where you can sit and observe the gorgeous surroundings.
The estate features two buildings, the main house and an additional annex, with the following layout:
Main House
The main house is made up of 2 floors and offers many common areas: on the Ground floor there is a cozy living room with a fireplace, dining room, fully accessorized open space kitchen, one bathroom (adapted for disabled people), and a very large patio perfect for al fresco dining.
There're two additional bathrooms, one outdoor and one office, perfect for smart working. On the first floor there are five large double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. One of the rooms has a loft with two single beds and is perfect for families with children.
Annex
The annex is an independent flat which features a kitchenette, a double bedroom with a whirlpool bath, a bathroom, and a loft with one king-size bed.
