Exceptional and well-kept villa, all comforts are present. The owner is a friendly person and available for everything. The beach is easily reachable on foot in 1 minute, there is sand and the seabed slopes gradually. The sea is always transparent. Probably the best holiday rental I have rented in 20 years of summer holidays.

Probabilmente la migliore locazione per le vacanze affittata in 20 anni di vacanze estive.
I have been spending holidays in this splendid villa with my family for 2 years now. Equipped with every comfort and impeccable cleanliness. It enjoys very large and well-organised rooms, surrounded by a splendid garden with parking, all this just a few meters from the beach! The kindness, availability and efficiency of the owners of the house are the maximum in hospitality and service. Excellent!!!!

Dotata di ogni comfort e un impeccabile pulizia. Gode di camere molto ampie e ben organizzate , circondate da uno splendido giardino con parcheggio, tutto questo a pochi metri dalla spiaggia!

We spend one week in Serena's home in Ciceratta. It was perfect. It's a quiet place right on the sea. Beach is 2 min walking. You are fot far from Avola, Noto, Fontane Bianche... The house got everything you need and Serena is very helpful. We recommend very much and might come back one day.
I stayed in the ground floor apartment from 12 to 26 August, and I must say that despite the heat, it was completely fresh and airy. And if necessary there are still air conditioners. A very spacious house, a large living room in which to relax, with two sofas, kitchen combined with the American-style living room, two bedrooms and bathroom. Outdoor space for dining in the evening with gazebo. In short, nothing is missing, Wii Fi connection and there is also Sky TV! In short, I would like to thank Mrs. Carmela and her husband Santo, who punctually satisfied all our needs every time! A truly very familiar context, which is difficult not to be comfortable with. Ho soggiornato nell' appartamento a piano terra dal 12 al 26 agosto, e devo dire che nonostante il caldo, era completamente fresco e arieggiato. E all'occorrenza ci sono comunque i climatizzatori. Una casa molto spaziosa , un ampio soggiorno nel quale rilassarsi, con due divani, cucina unita al salone in stile all'americana, due camere da letto e bagno. Spazio esterno per cenare la sera con gazebo. Insomma , non manca proprio nulla, connessione Wii fi e c'è anche la Sky TV! Insomma , vorrei ringraziare La signora Carmela, e il marito Santo, che puntualmente ogni volta hanno soddisfatto qualsiasi nostra esigenza! Un contesto veramente molto familiare, che difficilmente non ci si può trovare bene. La posizione è ottima per vedere tutto il siracusano e dintorni. Un saluto a Santo e Carmela ! Raffaele e Irma.
We stayed with the Paternò family for three weeks, the house perfectly reflects the announcement both in terms of location and comfort. Equipped with everything you need, even with good wifi and internet coverage. The apartment we rented was the largest one in the very cool basement, ideal for the high temperatures we found during our vacation. The hosts (Santo and Carmela) were very friendly and attentive to our every need and at the same time very discreet. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, the only small flaw is that you need to use the car to go to the beach, for shopping because the larger supermarkets are about 3km away and to reach the center of Avola. For the rest highly recommended house.
Abbiamo soggiornato presso la famiglia Paternò per tre settimane, la casa rispecchia perfettamente l'annuncio sia come posizione che come comfort. Accessoriata di tutto l'occorrente, anche con buona copertura del wifi e di internet. L' appartamento affittato da noi era quello più grande nel seminterrato molto fresco, ideale per le temperature elavate che abbiamo trovato nei giorni della nostra vacanza. I padroni di casa (Santo e Carmela) sono stati molto cordiali ed attenti ad ogni nostra esigenza e al tempo stesso molto discreti. La casa si trova in un quartiere silenzioso, unico piccolo difetto è che occorre l'uso della macchina per andare in spiaggia, per la spesa perché i supermercati più grandi sono a circa 3km e per raggiungere il centro di Avola. Per il resto casa consigliatissima.

We lived in this house with two adults and four children. It's very generous. The equipment is simple but functional. The location and the garden are a dream. The property is almost surrounded by the sea and is very well maintained. Great plants and lots of seating in the garden. In just 3 minutes walk you can reach the beautiful beach. The nearest shopping and nightlife options are at least 6 km away. Therefore we recommend a car. Serena, the landlady is very friendly and was always available. We had a great time and would book this house again at any time.
Wir haben dieses Haus mit zwei Erwachsen und vier Kindern bewohnt.
Es ist sehr großzügig. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber funktional.
Die Lage und der Garten sind ein Traum.
Das Grundstück ist nahezu vom Meer umgeben und sehr gepflegt. Tolle Pflanzen und viele Sitzmöglickeiten im Garten.
In nur 3 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man den wunderschönen Strand.
Die nächsten Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten sind mindestens 6 km entfernt. Deshalb empfehlen wir ein Auto.
Serena, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und war jederzeit erreichbar.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.
The house is very beautiful and spacious, equipped with every comfort. The swimming pool is very clean and the outdoor area very well kept. Mrs. Patrizia was very kind and gave us a lot of information about the area. The house is a few steps from the free beach. I recommend this location for its proximity to Noto and Syracuse and to explore the entire coast and the various beaches. Great experience.
La casa e' davvero molto bella e spaziosa, fornita di ogni confort. La piscina e' molto pulita e lo spazio esterno molto curato.
La Signora Patrizia e' stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito molte informazioni sulla zona.
La casa dista pochi passi dalla spiaggia libera.
Consiglio questa location per la vicinanza a Noto e Siracusa e per esplorare tutta la costa e le varie spiagge.

A welcome practically Familiar! The house is a real "bijoux " Equipped with everything, inside and outside, the area is Very quiet, and the sandy beach, beautiful and spotless, is only a 2 minute walk away! Availability of Mr. Salvo and Mrs. Ventimiglia: total and nice. Note that this is my second stay, and I hope it won't be my last.

We spent two weeks in September in this house. The house is very comfortable and nice. despite the owner biti upstairs, privacy is totally guaranteed. moreover it is in an optimal position to visit the beauties of south-eastern Sicily and to enjoy the sea, in fact it is just a few meters from the beach !! Mrs. Angela and her daughter are very kind people, prasenti to the need and attentive to the needs of the guests and ready to provide any information requested. It was a great holiday.
Abbiamo trascorso due settimane a Settembre in questa casa. La casa è molto confortevole e carina. nonostante la proprietaria biti al piano di sopra, la privacy è totalmente garantita. inoltre è in una posizione ottimale per visitare le bellezze della Sicilia sud orientale e per godere del mare, infatti dista pochissimi metri dalla spiaggia!! La signora Angela e sua figlia sono persone gentilissime, prasenti al bisogno e attente alle necessità degli ospiti e pronte a fornire ogni informazione richiesta. E' stata una bella vacanza.
The owner Mr. Paolo gave us the opportunity to stay a week on the 1st floor where you could access a beautiful terrace equipped with every comfort, deck chairs, outdoor shower etc., the following week on the ground floor. The apartments were equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning, sheets and towels, without any extra charge, about 200 meters there is a beautiful beach, clean sea, you can go to the Gelsomineto reserve, the Cavagrande del Cassibile lakes, and many other beautiful places. on the other hand, I recommend a fantastic Girlando granita and brioche bar. We enjoyed it very much, we will return.
l proprietario il sig. Paolo ci ha dato la possibilità di soggiornare una settimana al 1° piano dove si poteva accedere ad una bellissima terrazza dotata di ogni confort, sdraio, doccia esterna ecc., la settimana successiva al piano terra.
Gli appartamenti erano dotati di zanzariere, climatizzatori, lenzuola e asciugamani, senza nessun sovrapprezzo, circa 200 metri si trova una bella spiaggia, mare pulito, si può andare nella riserva del Gelsomineto, i Laghetti di Cavagrande del Cassibile, e tanti altri posti uno bello dell'altro, vi consiglio una fantastica granita e brioche bar Girlando.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene, ritorneremo.
Attic apartment equipped with every comfort: never found a solution so well equipped with everything! The images perfectly reflect the house, including the splendid terrace from which you can see the sea. The beach is about 10 'walk with sand and clear water. Parking is under the house. The only advice for those wishing to stay: the heights are from the attic, especially noticeable for the shower. The owners are exquisite people and available for every need. Avola is also an excellent solution for visiting the south-east area of Sicily. Recommended!!!
Appartamento mansardato dotato di ogni comfort: mai trovata una soluzione così ben fornita di tutto! Le immagini rispecchiano perfettamente l’abitazione, compresa la splendida terrazza da cui si vede il mare. La spiaggia dista 10’ a piedi circa con sabbia ed acqua limpida. Il parcheggio è sotto casa. Unico consiglio chi per chi volesse soggiornare: le altezze sono da mansarda, si notano soprattutto per la doccia. I proprietari sono persone squisite e disponibili per ogni tipo di esigenza. Avola inoltre è un’ottima soluzione per visitare la zona sud-est della Sicilia.
