Villa Golfo degli Angeli is a two-level villa built just a few meters from the sea, sought after by lovers of tranquility and privacy, the sea and the breathtaking views created by the beautiful sunsets over the blue sea of the Golfo degli Angeli. The villa is located in the renowned village of Torre delle Stelle, with a private descent to the sea, where even children can swim safely; the nearest beach is 400 meters away, and is easily accessible by swimming, walking or driving.
The Golfo degli Angeli villa is on two levels. It was deeply renovated in 2022: new windows, new non-slip flooring in the terraces, centralized summer and winter air conditioning with independent controls in each room, electric car charging, photovoltaic panels, garden area with gazebo and living room. The villa is directly by the sea. A private staircase leads to a platform on the rocks, with space for umbrella and deck chairs available to guests. Adjacent to this area is a long rock that creates a large natural pool ideal for children. This area of the coast is particularly private and uncrowded even in high season, allowing long periods of relaxation and refreshing swims. The adjacent sea allows underwater fishing excursions, according to the legislation and ordinances of the Harbour Master.

A) Sleeping area consisting of 1 master bedroom overlooking the Gulf of Angels, with full master bathroom, 2 rooms (one with sea view and one with hill view) both with two beds. For these two rooms there is a large shared bathroom with two sinks, toilet, bidet and shower;
B) Living area consisting of large living room with an area dedicated to TV or relaxation, with a sofa and 2 armchairs, and a dining area with a table with 10 seats; in the middle of the living room there is a large fireplace (suggestive for winter stays). The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, electric oven, capable and modern refrigerator/freezer, induction cooktop) and is adjacent to a bathroom with sink, toilet, and washing machine; next to the bathroom is a room with a bunk bed, ideal for 2 children-adolescents.
From the living area two wide French doors lead to a large terrace with spectacular views of the sea (which is about 20 meters below), equipped with outdoor furniture (table with seating for 10, 4 vintage wicker rocking chairs, and folding blackout curtains).
On the second floor there is a large studio apartment with independent access, with a sofa bed for two people, fully equipped kitchen area, built-in closet and bathroom complete with shower. Also in the studio apartment is a large terrace overlooking the sea equipped with outdoor furniture.
At the foot of the house, facing the sea, is a garden area with beach loungers, a gazebo, an outdoor pallet lounge, and area to use a Weber barbecue.
The villa is surrounded by thick Mediterranean-type vegetation.
Nearby, two beaches (Cannesisa and Genne'mari) easily accessible by car or on foot along the rocks (Cannesisa).
The nearby shopping center within the compound has a supermarket with a wide selection of quality local products, bar, restaurant, and pizzeria.
