With its 64 m² of fully equipped space, this accommodation offers an ideal setting for a memorable stay. ?️ a bedroom with two single beds
?a bathroom with shower and toilet

?️The accommodation benefits from a private parking space.

?The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:
? cleaning will be done,
?️ the beds will be made with clean sheets, and a necessary sofa bed will be at your disposal,
? clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen,
? free WIFI connection

? Are you coming with young children? A baby cot and high chair can be arranged upon prior request (subject to availability).

House rules:
?This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
?Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.

? Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.
?Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.

? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "full cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €60 cleaning costs.

? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
