Gioligiò Ursa Maior owes its name to one of the three most expensive constellations to my grandfather, who was Admiral of the Italian Royal Navy. It was he who bought the building when the building was still under construction in the early 1930s. Ursa Maior is one of the 3 apartments obtained from the renovation of the original building. The constellation is reproduced in the leds that illuminate the living area.
The apartment is located in the Prati district, one of the most elegant districts of Rome, a 10-minute walk from St. Peter's. All the most interesting places in the city are easily reachable also by metro line "a" (distance from the "ottaviano" stop at 600 m from the apartment on foot).
Finely renovated and equipped with every comfort, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and the other with two single beds that can be put together in a double bed on request. 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi, living area and American kitchen, complete with all appliances.
Cleaning fees include final cleaning, bed linen and towels set, 1 bath mat, 1 roll of toilet paper for each guest, 1 pack of shampoo and 1 bar of soap for each guest, 1 dish towel for the kitchen.
Possibility to request the private garage-box (€ 25 per day) or the parking space (€ 15 per day) if available.
Guests can conveniently and exclusively dispose of the entire apartment.
Check-in is from 15:00 to 00:00. Guests will be welcomed by me personally and when I can not, they will be welcomed by a trusted person of mine.
Check-in after 8:00 pm has an extra charge of € 30.
Check-out time is 11:00 am.
On request and at their expense, we can arrange a pick-up service at the airport or train station.
Always on request it is possible to organize a transfer to different locations and the cost will be communicated according to the destination.

Refined 80 sqm apartment on the mezzanine floor of an elegant building of the '30s in the Prati district, a few steps from San Pietro and the center of Rome. Bright and very quiet, it can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
